Chapter 20 🏇

Jimin P.O.V

I wake up to the sound of my alarm and groan as I turn it off. Thankfully, Taehyung was silent throughout the night but I was still sleepy because we only slept for a few hours.

I sit up in bed and shake Tae. He groans and says something.
" Ahhh jungkook "
FUCK NO.
I shake him violently and he bursts out laughing. I glare at him and he laughs harder.
" Y-you're so gullible!! "

I roll my eyes and do my usual morning routine. Before changing, I decide to check up on Y/N to see if she's awake. I slowly open her door and see her bed empty. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion and my attention is suddenly drawn to the open balcony door.

My eyes widen and I take long strides towards the balcony to see her curled up in a ball on the couch.
Why is she out here? She's gonna get sick!
I sit down on the couch and place her head on my lap. She stirs due to the movement and mumbles words in her sleep. I smile and use this opportunity to observe her beautiful features up close.

I check the time and groan in annoyance. I turn back to see her sleeping peacefully.
I don't want to wake her up but we're gonna be late! Maybe she shouldn't come today.. she must be exhausted after last night.
My plan fails when I see her eyes flutter open, but that is soon forgotten when her adorable smile makes its way onto her face.

" Good morning " she says in a raspy voice.
So sexy- NO JIMIN. CONTROL YOURSELF.
" Good morning sugar " I say and kiss her softly.
My expression turns serious as I ask her the question that's been lingering around my mind since I saw her out here.
" Babe, why are you sleeping outside? You could get a cold! "
Her expression change to one of hesitation.. like she's trying to hide something.
" I just felt like it. " She says and shrugs.
I hate it when she lies to me.
The lies that flow so easily towards me angers me.
I close my eyes in frustration but try to speak sweetly to her.

" Babe. You know you can tell me anything right? "
She puts on a fake smile and nods.
I roll my eyes and scoff.
" Ok. Enough with the fake. Why aren't you being open with me? "
Her fake smile slowly fades and is replaced with quivering lips and tearful eyes.
" I'm sorry... "
I embrace her in my arms with her sitting on my lap.
" I can never stay mad at you. "
" I couldn't sleep because... "
" Night? "
I felt her nod in the hug and I kissed her temple.

" You could have just told me that. "
She sighs and breaks the hug.
" I have to change. "
I nod my head and smile.
" I'll wait. "

Y/N P.O.V
I sigh as I step into the bathroom with my clothes.
Ok Y/N. You're going to see Night. Smile!
I put on a pretty outfit and looked at myself in the mirror.

My mind then wanders to the conversation with Jimin.
I shouldn't have hidden it from him.. I know how much he hates it when I lie to him. I have to tell him everything I feel from now on... Maybe not EVERYTHING.. Aish I don't know what to do with myself.
