-Todoroki is extremely touch starved himself, but he only really realized that when you approached him to talk about your own feelings of touch starvation

-He is a little awkward about being touched in general, so you would have to start out slow with him, holding hands occasionally or short hugs. He wants to make you feel better and loved with physical affection, but his own comfort and boundaries get in the way at first. Sometimes, he feels a bit bad for this, but you tell him not to push himself

-It takes Todoroki a while to warm up. Being on the receiving end of physical affection is easier for him than giving it, so he lets you initiate things like hand holding and hugs in the beginning

-When he has reached the point where he is more comfortable with physical affection, you're in for lots and lots of cuddles. Especially when you're alone, doing homework or spending your time watching a movie, he likes putting an arm around you or even cuddle with you

-While cuddling, Todoroki enjoys it when you put your head on his chest or his shoulder. He prefers being the big spoon but based on your preference, he doesn't mind being the small spoon either

-Since Todoroki is both a heater and a cooler at the same time, it's up to you to choose which side of him you'd like to be on. Though, he prefers having you on his right side

-Even though Todoroki is not a huge fan of PDA, he often puts an arm around your shoulders or your waist, or he puts his hand on yours when you sit next to each other somewhere. Sometimes he rests his head on your shoulder

Bonus scenario:

The movie is still playing when Todoroki suddenly disappears from your arms and gets up without a word. You flop onto the mattress, the spot where your boyfriend has been laying is still warm.
"Shooootoooo," you whine dramatically, "why are you getting up?" He points at the door that leads to the hallway and the other dorm rooms.

"I was gonna get something to drink," he states, confused.
"You can't just leave now."
"Y/N, it'll take about a minute at most." Todoroki frowns. "Are you okay?" You can almost see the gears in your boyfriend's mind starting to turn as he thinks about what could possibly be going on with you right now. Did he do something wrong? Is it the movie? Maybe it is scaring you, or you are afraid that-

"No, I'm fine, I just want you to come back so we can continue cuddling."
"Oh," a smile forms on Todoroki's lips. "I'll hurry up then."
