The Battle

"This will be a 2v1 battle between Calem and Serena, vs...", Brock said looking at Ash

"Shotosi", he said plainly

"Alright is everyone ready?"

The trainers nodded

"Alright bring out your pokemon"

"Greninja, Alakazam, lend me your aura", Ash said

"Delphox/Absol", yelled Serena/Calem

The pokemon came out and when Delpox saw Greninja, she went wide eye, she was about to call out when Ash yelled,"What the heck is wrong with you, Calem"

Everyone looked over to see a bruised Absol with blood along the side. Ash was furious at the way he treated a pokemon.

"He is fine let's just begin", he said

Suddenly Ash got an idea, he spoke to Delpox in aura.

Delphox don't be frightened it is me Ash, I'm alive yes bit you can strangle me later. Does Calem have any other pokemon like Absol.

Yes, all but his starter. She said a little startled

Ok listen when I tell go I need you to grab his other pokemon with physic and run to my side of the field, Alakazam will distract them while Greninja grabs Absol, ok? He asked

Ok, she said confidently

"Go" yelled Ash. Alakazam started to confuse everyone while Delphox grabbed the pokeballs from Calem's belt,she ran to Ash who threw 3 pokeballs. Greninja ran and picked up Absol, bringing him to their side of the field, a Gardivor, Gallade, and a Lucario emerged from Ash's pokeballs. Lucario immediately set up a non see through shield while Gallade held it with physic. After throwing the pokeballs to Ash, Delphox jumped into Greninja's arms sobbing.

Ash toke the pokeballs and threw them out. Out came a Tyrantrum, Altaria, a Male Meowstic, and a Gogoat, all beaten and bruised. They all grew terrified as Ash approached them.

Please calm down, I only wish to help, my name is Ash, I am an Aura Guardian. Calem is out there, please allow me to heal you with my powers and Gardivor. Ash said in a soothing tone.

Ash? As in Ash Ketchum? Asked the Altria.

The pokemon eased at once and allowed Ash to heal them. After healing them Delphox came up to Ash and asked him to pull the hood of, he did reveals his face. She gasped then tried to pull him towards Serena, but Ash wouldn't let her. She turned around confused

"I can't Delphox, not after what I did, she doesn't even love me anymore." Ash said in a defeated tone

Delpox then proceeds to walk over to Ash, and understands what he was talking about.

Outside

Serena was confused why Delphox helped the trainer, Calem was trying to get his pokemon back by having Chesnaut use hammer arm repeatedly with everyone except Serena, Max and Bonnie

When the shield finally disappear, Delphox walked over to Serena. When they all saw Calem's pokemon they froze at the site. The pokemon were furious at Calem, giving him death glares. Ash on the other hand started to walk away, but Calem's pokemon stopped him, wanting to join.

"What did you do to my pokemon," yelled Calem

"Nothing, it was what you that did this", Ash said calmly, and turned to the pokemon,"only if you truly want to."

They all nodded and handed Ash there pokeballs. Calem tried to then punch Ash but was thrown on the floor.

"I would advise you not try that again." Ash walked away calmly.

After he left everyone but Serena and the younger teens, started to talk badly about him. Serena, Max and Bonnie all noticed that the guy seemed similar on some way.

Once Ash got to his room, he start to laugh really hard after what he had just done. Once the laughter was down he headed to bed ready for the opening ceremony and round one to begin
