*Sixty-Eight*

Phana's POV

"So why did we call this meeting?" Ming laughed

"I wouldn't call it a meeting per say. It's just a discussion with my brothers" Forth replied

"Brothers?" I asked

"Yes brothers. You impregnated and are dating Yo. He's basically our brother, so you're now our brother in law. Although I should hit you over the head for not putting a ring on his finger" Forth threatened

"Excuse me but I didn't see either of you propose and both of you got my friends pregnant too" I shot back

"Hey don't let Kit hear you say that. I mentioned marriage once as a joke and I was sleeping on the sofa" Ming said

"If we're going to be outside can we at least get in the pool? It's too hot." I asked

The three of us entered the pool and I felt so relaxed when the cool water hit my skin.

"So why are we having this discussion?" I asked Forth

"Well I think Beam wants another baby" he said

"Excuse me what?" I asked

"Wow, Beam wants another? What did he say?" Ming questioned

"Well he didn't say anything. It's just he's been acting different"

"How so" I asked

"If he so much as found out that I told you this he'll have me sleeping outside so you need to keep quiet"

"We won't say anything" Ming said while I nodded along

"Well ever since baby Rose was born Beam has been more frisky"

"What do you mean?" Ming questioned

"Well when I was doing laundry I noticed that there were female underwear. I made a joke about how they weren't mine but how they would probably look great on me and he took them from me and said they were his"

"Wow way to go Beam. I wouldn't mind Kit wearing some. Maybe we can make another baby soon too"

"Ming relax. Rose is a week old yet and you're already talking about knocking up my friend again" I scolded

"What else?" I asked

"Well I noticed that he also bought lube but didn't stock up on more condoms and we're running low. And I heard him mentioning to the twins about a little baby arriving soon. As soon as I walked in the room he was quiet"

"Well maybe he's already pregnant if he's talking about another baby" Ming suggested

"You think? The twins are still so young. But if he is pregnant I guess we'll have no choice but to make due. I just wasn't expecting to have another so soon. But I know this baby will be a blessing."

"I don't know how you'll do it. I don't get how someone can get pregnant so fast. I know some people want kids close in age but I want to want for Nami to be at least 3 before we have another. There's no way I can handle another so soon. Wayo and I have a good relationship and another baby will complicate it."

"So you wouldn't want another baby now?"

The three of us turned around and I saw my sweet adorable Wayo looking at me with tears in his eyes. Did I hurt him with my words? I thought

I got out of the pool and even thought I was wet I hugged the love of my life.

He looked up at me with those beautiful tear stained eyes and I gave him a sympathetic smile. I know he wants to be a stay at home parent but he needs to finish his online degree. I'm barely working as it is and I'm living off my inheritance. I want to have a more stable job at the hospital first.
