Loki goes on missions :)

Loki's pov

I walked in the door, all bruised up.

I dropped my duffel bag on the ground, my legs wanting to give out right then and there.

I walked to my room, seeing y/n sleeping peacefully on our bed.

I smiled as I walked to our bed, laying down on the blanket.

I sighed as I felt like I was gonna sink to the floor.

I turned to my side, cuddling up with y/n.

I closed my eyes as I smelled her hair.

I smiled to myself as I felt it, her hair feeling like a very soft cloud.

She stirred in her sleep, turning over to face me.

I kissed her forehead and smiled.

She opened her eyes, looking at me.

"Baby." She said softly, her voice quiet.

"Hello darling." I said softly.

"You look terrible." She joked, giggling softly.

I smiled "Yeah, I got a little beat up, I'll be fine."

She pressed a soft kiss to my lips.

I smiled softly and she yawned, rolling over.

I chuckled softly as I said "I love you."

"I love you too." She muttered tiredly.

I got under the duvet and I cuddled up with y/n again.

I closed my eyes, smelling that vanilla coconut shampoo that she used.

"You smell so good darling." I said, her giggling softly to herself.

"I knew you'd like it."

"Of course you did." I said, stroking her hair.

She giggled again.

"I wanna go back to sleep."

"Go ahead, nothings stopping you."

*Morning*

I woke up to an empty bed and the smell of bacon.

I smiled as I got up, walking to the kitchen.

I saw y/n standing in the kitchen, by the stove cooking breakfast.

I smiled to myself as I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"Hey Loki." She said.

I smiled to myself before I said "Hello, my dear."

"I love you." She said.

"I love you too." I said, rubbing circles on her stomach with my thumbs.

I pressed kisses to the nape of her neck.

She turned her head to look at me and she puckered her lips, and I kissed them.

She gave me a little smile before continuing to cook the bacon.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine." She said too quickly.

"You sure babe?" I asked.

She smiled but I could see the pain in her eyes "Of course."

"You're lying to me again, aren't you?"
