Loki x Reader

Part Three

It had been three days since you returned from Midgard. You hadn't left your room,eaten or showered at all in that time. You hear a small rap on you door but you ignore it, you just lay in your bed wrapped up in your blanket. Frigga walks in, "Y/N you haven't left your room since you came back. Do you want to talk about it?" You look at her, you like Frigga she had everyone's best interest at heart. " No," you eventually answer. "Well I'm here If you want," Frigga says as she sits on the edge of your bed stroking the hair off you forehead. You lost both your parents when you were young and Frigga had pretty much become a second mother to you. "You should eat," Frigga says. She kisses you on the head and leaves you alone.

Later that day Thor bursts into your room, "Loki is in a cell down in the dungeons." You bolt upright "What?!" You almost scream at him. He looks at you with sympathy, "come on clean yourself up and go talk to him. He wants to see you." Thor tells you. You nod and get Thor out of your room. You shower and get dressed.

Thor walks you down to the dungeons and walks you to Loki's cell. He pats you on your shoulder and leaves you alone with Loki and talks the guards into leaving you as well. You look at Loki sadly, "what did you do?" You ask him. "Oh you know just killed 80 people in two days," Loki answered sarcasm hiding the sadness in his voice. "But why?" You want to help Loki, you didn't really care if he killed people. "I was mad, Odin is a liar and a theif." Loki tells you. "I'm getting you out of here," you tell him. "How?" You have taken the god of mischief by surprise, something that doesn't happen often. "I hate seeing you in here. I'm going to convince Odin and anyone else I need, to let you have a room near mine. I can tell them I will keep an eye on you," you start forming a plan, maybe you can get to spend more time with Loki. "I can look after myself you know," Loki rolls his eyes at you. "I didn't say I would keep an eye on you, I said I would tell them I would," you retort trying to hide the hurt you are feeling that Loki doesn't want you help. He must of noticed that he hurt you and says in a softer tone, "well if you really want to try and convince them, I can't exactly stop you." Loki flashes you your favourite smile. You blush lightly and hope he doesn't notice. Thor comes back in "Y/N Odin says your time with Loki is up." You look at Loki one more time and wave goodbye sadly.

You hadn't had any luck convincing Odin to transfer Loki to a room near yours. You kept visiting Loki and noticed he wasn't the same as he was a few weeks ago, he seemed more down. You are visiting Loki again before you try once again to convince Odin to let Loki out, this time you have Thor with you because you have a bad feeling. It finally clicks. "Loki," you begin, "remove the illusion please." He looks at you with sad eyes and removes it. What you see is a horrible scene, Loki is a mess. He is sitting in the corner his clothes all torn and his hair in a tangled mess. He has massive bruises under his eyes. You can't stand it, you can't be strong for him anymore. You let out a strangled cry and collapsed on the ground. You can't breathe and you black out.

You are back in your room and you have Thor and Frigga sitting next to your bed. "Loki?" You croak. Frigga looks at you sadly. "Uh well father has," Thor starts. He clears his throat and starts again. "Odin is sending Loki to Avenger Tower." You look at him confused, Avenger Tower what's that? You think. "He said Loki needs to be punished, he is going to make him mortal. Loki doesn't know this yet." Thor explains. "No! Oh no no no" You jump out of bed still in your clothes and run past a shocked Thor and Frigga and run down to Odin. "I'm going with him!" You demand. "I-I can help him please." Odin looks at you. "So you want to be sent to Avenger Tower with Loki become mortal and be there with all the Avengers?" Odin asks you slowly. "Yes" you answer. "Alright, go to the bridge in an hour" Odin explains. you tell Odin thank you and run off leaving Odin with his disapproving expression and start to pack.
