"So I take it you are ready for the answers?" Hisashi asked as he sat on a couch. A coffee table was placed infront of him and across him sat Izuku on a couch identical to the one Hisashi was sitting on

"No, I am here to talk about why Karens exist" He said with a roll of his eyes. Hisashi chuckled at his sarcastic reply

He truly is my son...

"Fine, but first you must answer one of my own questions" Izuku raised an eyebrow "fine, but you are gonna give me all the answers after this" "and answers you shall receive"

Hisashi paused for a moment. He stood up and poured himself a glass of red wine from a very fancy bottle

"Have you ever heard of a Phoenix?" He asked. Izuku stared at Hisashi "what does this have to do with anything?" ".. a Phoenix, a legendary bird known to be connected with the sun and is known to-" "Rebirth" Izuku cut him off

"So you do know" Hisashi sat back at the couch and took a sip of the wine. His face could not suppress the pleasure he felt when he drank the wine

"You really like wine don't you" Izuku said with a sweatdrop. Hisashi chose to ignore the statement

"Yes, Phoenix are known to be reborn after death. Hence the phrase, rebirth... But we'll get back to that later. Now for the story of why I left you and Inko" Hisashi said Inko's name with so much venom that it made Izuku flinch

"Well it all started when..." "Cliche" Izuku stated with a deadpan Hisashi sweatdropped. He chuckled nervously

My son is really blunt, hehe..

"Bye Inko" a younger Hisashi said as he gazed lovingly into his wife's eyes. He gave passionate kiss to Inko and kissed Izuku's forehead. He was really said he would miss Izuku's life but he will come back someday

He only wishes Inko and Izuku will forgive him when the time comes..

"Bye honey! Come back safe" Inko replied. A toddler Izuku tried to reach out for Hisashi as he left for the airport

The child's conscious knew that he will meet his father again but not for a long while

Hisashi said goodbye and then entered the airport. Upon entering he adopted a serious expression, his facade vanishing. Hisashi went to a completely different route than the others were going through

He walked through a room and after a while entered a jet. His jet

"Are you sure this would make you happy?" Vladmir asked "all I care for is their safety and happiness and hey, this isn't a goodbye for ever" " *sigh* fine" Vlad grumbled. Hisashi smiled

"Hisashi Kuchiki was a wanted man. People would pay billions to see my head on a silver platter, when I met your mother I fell in love. She was a U.A student at the time and I was a student in shiketsu, I wanted to be a hero but after meeting Inko I decided I'll let her do the heroing"

"What do you mean hero?"

"She never told you?!, She is the 14th ranked hero psywave" "and she said I couldn't be a hero"

"But why would she, a well known hero marry someone like Toshinori?" "Well cause Toshinori Yagi is infact All Might" "Wha- wait that actually makes sense"

"Ok I understand your reasoning for leaving but why did you never visit me" Izuku said with his head bowed down. Hisashi felt a pang of guilt. He stood up and walked over to Izuku. He then hugged him, ignoring the way Izuku stiffened and flinched

Those bastards

"I am sorry my son! I could not visit you for I had many enemies. If they were to find you I would not forgive my self, but now we are together as a family once more and now... Now I won't let go of the only biological family I have!" Izuku looked up at Hisashi and hugged him

"Thank you.... Dad" Hisashi's eyes widened but then he smiled. Tears gathered at the corner of his eyes "thanks son"

"But..." Izuku said

"But what?" "Three conditions" Izuku said "favours?" Hisashi asked with absolute confusion "To make me accept your apologies you must fulfill my three conditions one of which is..."

"I see, that should not be a problem, Vlad prepare the rooms" Vlad nodded and bowed. Izuku jumped not knowing Vlad was there

"Izuku, remember what we were talking about, about the Phoenix"

"Yeah what about it?" Izuku asked

"Well" Hisashi said walking towards Izuku he bent down and took Izuku's hand. "Today you died" he said and placed a ring on Izuku's finger

"And you were born again" He finished

Izuku looked at the ring. It was a pure silver and had an insignia on it

"What's this for?" "This is the insignia if the Kuchiki family. Only a Kuchiki or those recognised by the current head of the Kuchiki family may wear this ring. This proves you are a Kuchiki"

"Now Izuku, just like the Phoenix of legends you were reborn here... From the..."

So this is the end of Act I. A pretty bad chapter tbh but this was just some filler. Next chapter the real story will start. Featuring Izuku's life as a Kuchiki all the way to U.A, there will probably be a time skip as well
