This is the kind of Aura that flows around Izuku. Exact same color Just take away the snakes and give him two Aura horns, Wings and A tail.
His attacks will consist of fire breathing attacks such as:

Fireball: This attack is a green fireball that Izuku has to take a deep breath for. However overuse of this technique can overheat the users body to the point of passing out. Minor side effects are giving them a dry throat/scratchy throat.

Fire Breath: This is kind of like the fireball technique however the user doesn't produce as hot of flames so the drawback aren't as extreme. Drawbacks are the same as Fireball.

Super Speed: Izuku's speed is different from IIda's in the since of Izuku's speed is a burst of speed like in the picture above. Another difference is that if he uses it to go to far he could break his legs/any bones he may have used to boost himself.

Aura Armour: His aura makes him take reduced damage from projectile attacks like fire and explosions. It has no drawbacks except for quirk overuse which leads to being tired.

Super Strength: His strength is increased by however much of his power he has unlocked at that point in time. But for the beginning lets say he can pick up a motorcycle with no problems. Drawbacks are Muscle Fatigue and Broken bones if overused.

Flight: He can flying using his aura wings.
This is how strong he will be for quite chapters. He can only hold his form for about 20 mins before feeling side effects such as fatigue and broken bones. He will grow in power in this story and will be able to access new parts of his quirk.
Should I give Izuku One for All or should give it to someone different cough* ochako cough* ?
If you have any suggestions for his quirk that would be amazing as I will be make a quirk rundown for Izuku every so often in this story to see how much the quirk changes
