Chapter 23

we soon found Jeongin, he had a few cuts and bruises but overall he wasn't in that bad of shape. 

we hid around a corner while Jeongin did his thing, he read the mind of a guard around the corner and found out where the others were and we were off in seconds, trying to put our family back together again.

that's when we passed a room labeled "Main Room" I stop in my tracks, this is probably where my father is hiding

I stop and stare at the door making the others stop and look back towards me. "No Y/n I know what you're thinking, but you can't go in there we have to find the others!" he spoke as he panicked knowing exactly what I was about to get myself into

I stepped aside and made an ice path, I've been getting the hang of this power, haven't figured out the other ones yet. "Follow this path and you'll find the others when you find them come back. I'm going to finish my father off for the last time" I said with determination written all over my face

Chan got closer to me and placed a soft kiss on my lips, but at the same time it was so passionate like he wanted to make sure I knew exactly how much he loved me in case he never saw me again 

"be safe, cause remember we're all getting out of this alive," he said as he placed a hand on my cheek, I leaned into his hand as I voiced my response "I can't promise that, but I will try" he looked like he was trying to hold tears back as he nodded turned around and faced Jeongin.

"let's hurry up and get back here," he said and Jeongin nodded before they took off running.

I face the door and take a deep breath before kicking in the door and rushing in ready to start a fight with God himself. 

I held my fists in front of my face as I faced my father for the last time, and it will be the last time he sees earth if it's the last thing I ever do.

My father was in front of me sitting on some big fancy chair as if he was a king. which he wasn't by any means. he swished the contents of his glass around before setting it down and standing, slowly walking towards me 

"Aww little Y/n thinks she can stop me all on her own!" he said mocking me. "I don't think, I know. cause, after all, you're just a coward" I spit at him "After all, you killed my mother" I said that with so much bitter laced into my voice I even scared myself.

he gritted his teeth as he spoke "Your mother was a witch, she slept around and she was just using me for my money" he spoke with so much aggression but that woman that he was talking about was not my mother

"I think you're talking about the wrong woman here, even if all this was true that wasn't a good enough reason to justify you murdering my mother!!"

"And look. it seems like you've turned out just like her too" 

I took this chance to look around the room and see what I'm working with. when I spotted A big machine in the center of the room. my eyes widened cause I knew exactly what that was

"And this!" he said walking towards the said machine 

"is the machine your mother tried so hard to stop. claiming she wanted her daughter to have an amazing life instead of me destroy the world. what a terrible idea that was after all look what you've become"

I froze where I was standing as I listened to him speak

"She destroyed the machine so bad it took me 200 years to repair!" he said with frustration obvious in his voice. 

he thought for a minute

"I wonder how hurt you'd be if I were to kill that Fiancee of yours" 

"You wouldn't dare!" 

"Oh but honey I would!" 

"Don't call me honey! I ain't one of your lackey's that you can talk to however you please you bastard!" I spoke bring my hands up to guard me better, as long as I'm around him I'm not letting my guard down nor is he going to get close to me

Before I could even think or come up with a plan he disappeared, I was looking around but I couldn't find him no matter where I looked and I didn't feel any vibrations in the ground. I gasp, the sky!

I look up to make eye contact with my father, as soon as I saw him he dropped with his hands held out in front of him "I send you to hell with your mother!!" He yelled as he faked me out, he kicked me in the back with such force I was thrown across the room hitting the wall and making a dent

I coughed, I wiped the blood from the side of my mouth before looking up and staring my father in the eye "If you think that's all it's going to take you are sorely mistaken!" I spat back.

I couldn't believe how vicious I've gotten in this fight, I guess all the pain and frustration not even counting the trauma that has piled up over the last 200 years is finally coming out to see the light.

I got to my feet and rushed towards him, he was expecting me, but I had another plan. he thought I was going to punch or freeze him but instead I went towards the machine while he was guarding himself and not the machine.

If I can just simply over power this machine then maybe I can destroy it where it stands 

"I don't think so!" I heard as I grabbed the handles on either side of the machine. I expected to be attacked but it never happened. I looked back and saw Jisung pinning the man to the floor and Felix teleported some rope and chains beside him

Chan stood there smiling at me 

"You've got this Y/n, you are the only one who can hit the kill switch on this thing for good after all! we are all here to watch your back!" Seungmin spoke 

"Thank you, guys!" I said as tears came to my eyes

that's when I turned back to the machine in question, I took a deep breath before I started to focus on saving this world for the last time.

sorry I suck with super powers, anywayyyyyssss, what should we name these powers? like how mha calls them quirks and there's many other examples i could make but my wrists hurt rn XD
