☆ Subliminals ☆

Subliminals are a sort of music or sound that is relaxing you can listen to to help you shift. They are a form of manifesting to help you shift.

You can shift without subs. 

Some people find them helpful and others find it distracting so do what you feel is right. 

Depending on different methods you might want to listen to different types or where you're going. An example of this is if you're shifting to Hogwarts and your "comfort character" is Draco Malfoy, you can search up "Draco humming to me" and listen to it while or before you shift.
