☆ Symptoms ☆

Symptoms are signs that you are shifting or very close to shifting. 

These include of... Bright lights, twitches, numbness, tingles, pressure in your chest, feeling like your floating, you get DR (desired reality) related memories, you feel like you have shifted/ been to your DR before, getting sick, being sick for no reason, headaches, aching, sleeplessness, vibrations, pins and needles, tired for no reason, having dreams about your DR, having more vivid dreams. 

You do not need to get all of these symptoms.

There are more but those are the main ones.
