☆ Stair Method 1☆

This one is a sleeping method but I have heard that some people also shift without sleeping. 

- Once you have gotten ready and lying in your bed visualise some stairs leading upwards. There can be as many stairs as you want but make it decently long. 

- Each step you take up the stair case whisper an affirmation to yourself eg I am shifting

- Each step feel your energy rising and you should start to get symptoms, tingles are the main ones

- Once you reach the top there is a door. Some people say "thank you" when they reach the top but others don't so do what you feel is right. 

- Open the door and you should see a bright light (like in the piano method). Walk into the light and embrace. Feel it warming you and giving you energy. 

- You can either sleep and should wake up there or you can just feel when to open your eyes, (if that makes sense). Tell me in the comments if it doesn't though so I can go into more detail!

That's pretty much it so good luck, I know you can doo this but remember shifting takes time and it is very rare if people do it first try! <3
