I scanned the place the moment I opened my eyes. Then panic started to eat me up.
Nasaan ako? I just want to see Earl and ask him questions para malinawan na ako.
The place seemed eerie and the lights were dim. Tila balak nitong takutin ang pagkatao ko. I literally hate dark placess. And then I heard it.
HA HA HA HA HA!
"Sino ka? Magpakita ka sa akin!" Takot man ay nagawa ko pang magtanong.
Then silence...
Nakahinga ako ng maluwag. But someone whispered. "Bakit ka takot, Aya?"
"Hindi ba at kagustuhan mo ang lahat ng ito?"
"This is your choice, Ayami. Hindi mo ba natatandaan?"
"Wala akong natatandaan! Who are you?"
"Ha ha ha! I am you, Ayami. Look at me!"
I did. And yes, she looked like me but she's... evil. Puno ng poot and mukha nito. She looked like a possessed version of me.
"You're not me. And I'm not you!"
"Really? Ha ha ha."
"Bakit ka nanginginig sa takot, Ayami?"
Her voice sounds like mine, too!
"Aren't you happy you'll gonna know who you really are?"
Natigilan ako.
"W-what are you talking about?" I asked her.
"Watch, Aya. Watch!"
I cover my ears dahil sumisigaw na ito. Palipat-lipat din ito sa magkabilaan ko.
But I am curious as to who really am I.
Then I saw something, tila ba isa itong malaking screen at doon ay nakita ko at naalala ko kung bakit ako nandito.
"I told you, I am you."
I looked at my other self as tears roll in my eyes. Hindi ko matanggap. Kasalanan ko ang lahat ng ito.
I deserved this punishment. Pero bakit pati sila nadadamay?
