I sprinted down the hall and out of the house with Zaki hot at my heels.

Where were they!?!

"BHHAAAIII" yelled Zaki and i turned to him

his face held shock and fear- what was-

that was the last thing i thought before black out.

*****

My head hurt and my eyes felt heavy, as if they did not want to open.

I shifted in something hard and something else pierced through my skin making it burn.

I stopped moving when i heard faint voices-

"Why is he not up yet!?" it bellowed

Anoher squeaky voice replied

"Sii-rree' it managed to say

"WHAT SIRE!?!" bellowed i assumed sire, again.

"I... we don't know sire- we just hit him-" said the squeaky voice again.

"Hit him!?! With what!?!" yelled the sire

"A plank-" it whispered.

"say what?" asked the sire

"A Plank" replied the squeaky voice a little louder.

"A plank on the head?!" yelled sire

"Y-y-e-yes si-ire" it murmered.

"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND OR SOMETHING?!" the sire yelled

"Soorr-ry si-sire" it muttered

the voices seemed to calm down and i tried to open my eyes.

Where was I!?!

I slowly opened my eyes and it adjusted to the room.

It was dark- a dark room, dim lit and old dusty furniture.

I stared down at my body. Tied down with a rope on a chair. Where was I?!! In a set of some bollywood movie where people get kidnapped!?! well it sure does look like it!

I sighed as i leaned into the chair.

Where was ammi, Zay and Hasti!!?!

Ya Allah please please let them be fine.... I murmured

"They are fine!" boomed a voice

I turned my face to the right and a tall and broad figured walked towards me.

I stared at him.

He came out of the darkness to the rooms light.

And GUESS WHAT?!?!

he was my father!

I growled at him.

He was not even worth to be called a father.

"Son, son, my lovely son!" he said as he grabbed the nearest chair.

He put the chair infront of me and set down, crossing his right leg over his left, in indian style.

"They are safe-" he said

I let out a sigh of relief.

"But-" he said playing with his fingers in an evil way- and then he stopped and eyed me.
