Nobodies POV
Damon enters Snapes class, glaring as he sits across from Kol. Kol glares right back.
He feels a sudden presence besides him and he turns to see George, he lifts an eyebrow in surprise.
"Why are you sitting next to me. You never sit next to me." Damon ask
George shrugs. Fred sits at the other side of Damon, sending him a smirk. "You guys are being weird." Damon says
"Snape never snaps at you, we're taking that as a advantage." Fred says
Damon rolls his eyes. "Whatever." Damon says "why is that guy glaring at you so hard." George ask
Damon looks up to see Kol still glaring. Damon knows what he's about to say is completely stupid, but he couldn't help himself.
"That's Kol Mikaelson, we had sex once, I ghosted him completely afterwards, he cried like a baby the last I saw him." Damon says
Kols glare sharpens. Damon was screwed but he couldn't care less. Kol deserves it, he played him first.

Flashback.
5th year.
"I heard from a little birdy that someone is in love with you." Kol coos
Damon looks up and he turns to where Kol was staring at. It was Katherine Pierce.
Damon's eyes widen with hope. "Wait really." Damon ask "oh yeah, I overheard a conversation where she was confessing her undying love for you." Kol purrs
Damon swallows harshly. "Should I make a move then." Damon ask "oh yeah, ooohh get her flowers, I heard girls like that shit." Kol says
Damon stands and he takes a large shaky breath. He trusted Kol. He was one of his oldest friends. Damon knew he wouldn't be this cruel to give him false hope.
Damon grabs his wand and wordlessly Magic's some flowers. "Are these good." Damon ask "oh yeah, roses are a classic." Kol says
Damon nods and he walks over to Katherine and her friends. But he freezes when he hears there conversation.
The other girls were, Elena, Nadia, Pansy and Daliah.
"I mean Damon is hot, but he's the guy that you fuck and then leave the next morning. Who the hell wants to date that emotionally stunted guy." Katherine jokes
"I know right? He looks like he would become a murder." Nadia says "a psychopath, I mean if he wasn't so good looking I would never talk to him." Katherine says
"Katherine what the hell." Elena says, she was the only one not laughing.
"Oh boohoo Lena, your just blind, yeah he stands up to bullies but he's the worst one of them all." Katherine says
The girls laugh.
Damon closes his eyes, sighing, the flowers dying in his hands. Damon walks past them and dumps the flowers in the trash.
He spots a laughing Kol and anger explodes in the 17 year old.
....
"That was a good one Kol." Damon says "I know." Kol says, still laughing.
"But I was really looking forward to sex....." Damon says, he puts a show of checking out Kol.
"You know Kol, I never realized how hot you looked in those jeans.....Do you want some help taking them off." Damon ask
Kol freezes, not expecting that.
....
"Ah ah, Damoonn, yesss!" Kol moans as Damon thrust roughly into him, his nails scratching down Damon's back.
Damon stares hatefully down at Kol. He had went to Klaus, furious and hurt, telling him how much of a dick Kol was.
And Klaus admitted something pretty interesting. Something Damon used against Kol.
Despite being brothers, what Kol did was cruel, and Damon has never betrayed a friend, has never played with any of their feelings.
But now, him and Kol are no longer friends, because friends don't do what he just did.
Kol deserves this.
Kol Mikaelson was in love with Damon. And Damon was using that live against him.

Kol smiles as he goes to cuddle against Damon. Damon rolls his eyes and pulls away.
Kol looks confused and he sits up.
"Damon." Kol ask "I've got to go, you know how it is, Damon Malfoy is only good for a fuck." Damon sneers
Kols eyes widen. "You used me." Kol says
Damon laughs. "What about it Mikaelson, you don't even like me. Get over it, I mean what did you expect." Damon says
Kol looks hurt.
Flashback ends.
....
"You played with someone's feelings." Fred ask, mad. "Don't get mad Weasley, that asshole deserved it." Damon says
"Wow, never pegged you for being that guy." George says
Damon sits up straight and he narrows his eyes at him. "Who the hell do you think I am. I'm not Harry, I'm not Hermione. I'm not a nice guy." Damon says
"We're starting to get that." Fred sneers "oh really, then why sit next to me, there's a bunch of available chairs." Damon sneers
Fred leans towards Damon while gathering his stuff. "Fuck you Malfoy." Fred growls, holding his book bag close to his chest.
Fred and George stand and leave. They sit somewhere far from the Malfoy.
Damon rolls his eyes and he slams his book shut, getting up and ditching class. He'll make up his absence later.
