Nobodies POV
"That was a long shower." Kai says
Damon sends him a glare. "Woah what's with the glare." Kol ask "it's bloody George Weasley, he entered the shower with me and teased me." Damon says
"And you said he was hard to get." Klaus teases "he still is! We were mid blow job when he pulled away, he had a smug smirk on his face and said that he wasn't that easy." Damon growls
"Okay first off, that's gross, no one needs to know that and secondly, how is that not easy, he was giving you a freaking blow job." Stefan says
"He's a menace. It freaking made him ten times more hotter." Damon says
"You want pay back?" Kai ask
Damon nods. "Make him jealous." Kol says "how." Damon ask "kiss someone in front of him, make sure it's a guy." Kai says
"Why a guy." Damon ask "makes it more real. It will make him picture himself but then he will realize it isn't him. Guys hate that shit." Klaus says
"Your right." Damon says
"Okay enough talking about kissing guys and shit, we have a party to host." Stefan says
....
The party was in full swing. Gryffindors were filtering in. It was initially awkward but now they were mingling with others.
Caroline laughs. "This is awesome guys, who would've thought that Gryffindors and Slytherins would be at a party together without ripping each other's throats out!" Caroline says excitedly, latching onto her boyfriends arm.
Klaus laughs, wrapping his arm around her.
"I was kind've worried for a second." Elena says "I know, you told me as much." Damon says with a teasing smile.
Elena chuckles. "Where is your sister Lena." Bonnie ask "she left for Paris, mom and her are working on her fashion line." Elena says
"Thank Merlin, no offense Lena, but she was so insistent it was a real turn off." Damon says with a scoff. It was a complete lie, it wasn't the reason why he was glad she was gone.
"What did she even do that got you so messed up two weeks ago, I've never seen you so drunk." Kai ask
Two weeks ago he was a wreck. Damon didn't bring it up, he didn't like thinking about it.
....
Flashback. Two weeks ago.
Damon walks into the his bedroom and pours himself a drink. He starts to walk out but stops.
"Very brave of you to come here." Damon sneers
He turns his head. Katherine is sitting on his bed.
"I wanted to say goodbye." Katherine says "Leaving so soon?" Damon ask, a bit confused, where was Katherine heading off to, especially in their last year at Hogwarts.
"I know where I'm not wanted." Katherine says "Don't pout. It's not attractive on a woman with your wrinkles."
Katherine scoffs. "Ouch." Katherine says, her skin was flawless.
Damon drinks his drink and starts to walk out of the room. Katherine superspeeds in front of him.
"What, no goodbye kiss?" Katherine ask "Why don't I kill you instead? What are you doing here?" Damon ask
"Nostalgia, curiosity, et cetera." Katherine says
"I'm better at the enigmatic one-liners, Katherine. What are you up to?" Damon ask, she wasn't one for nostalgia, she didn't like that he kept rejecting her advances.
"Trust me Damon, when I'm up to something, you'll know it. Come on. Kiss me. Or kill me. Which will it be, Damon? We both know that you're only capable of one." Katherine says
She inches closer towards his lips. He turns and walks away. She rushes in front of him again and grabs him by the throat. She pushes him down to the floor and lies on top of him.
"My sweet, innocent Damon." Katherine says
He turns himself on top of her and grabs her by the throat. After a few seconds of hesitation, he kisses her.
"That's more like it." Katherine says
They continue to kiss. Katherine superspeeds Damon against the wall. She rips his shirt open. They continue kissing. Damon knocks books off a nearby table and pushes Katherine down onto the table. He continues kissing her neck, then pauses.
"Okay, wait, brief pause." Damon says
Katherine casually pushes him off of her and stands up.
"I have a question. Answer it and it's back to fireworks and rockets red glare. Answer it right and I'll forget the last seven years that I've spent longing for you. I'll forget how much I loved you, I'll forget everything and we can start over. I'll even stop this stupid bet with the Weasley twins. This could be our defining moment because we have the time. That's the beauty of eternity." Damon says
He gently caresses her face.
"I just need the truth, just once." Damon says "Stop. I already know your question and its answer. The truth is...I've never loved you. It was always Stefan." Katherine says
She takes his hands off her face and leaves an upset Damon standing there.
....
Damon had raided his drink cabinet, drinking himself almost into a coma. He had tears in his eyes.
He was ready, he was finally moving on from that stupid bitch. But she made him weak, she knew how to play him.
Damon wanted to do something stupid, he needed an outlet or he might just explode. But he couldn't. He was at Hogwarts and he didn't have that liberty.
So he drinks and drinks.
Flashback ends.
....
"It was nothing, I loved Katherine and she told me she was leaving. Of course I was going to have some emotions about it." Damon says with a shrug.
