Nobodies POV
"The Slytherins are throwing a party and Gryffindors are invited." Lee says, he was in the Gryffindor common room, an invite in his hand.
Everyone turns, shocked.
"Do you think it's some ambush." Hermione ask, taking the invite from his hand.
Lee shrugs. "It's from Damon Malfoy, who the hell knows." Lee says
"Don't worry guys, Draco and his goons won't be there, they are the only ones who speak out more on blood purity and that shit." Stefan says
Everyone turns to the teen. "Damon's parties are actually pretty fun, no one will care who you are." Bonnie says with a shrug.
She didn't really think it was a good idea to invite Gryffindors who have a deep hatred for Slytherins. She voiced this to Damon but he didn't seem to listen.
Bonnie was so done with his shit sometimes.
And it's true, some Slytherins don't care about blood purity, but thats mostly Damon and the guys.
So Damon invited the other houses, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff weren't so worried about the Slytherins, they were chiller and less stereotypical, it's the Gryffindors she's worried about.
Bonnie loves her house but some of them are really hot headed. Take Ron as an example. But she's hoping that with Draco absent from the party, everything will run smoothly.
"Trust us guys, Damon's parties are really fun. And the other houses are there as well." Marcel says
"I'm going." Lee says
More people begin agreeing. It's a party. "What about Umbridge." Harry ask
"Damon is cautious when it comes to his parties, so don't worry." Stefan says "how come this is the first invite we are receiving from Damon." Angelina ask
"Damon doesn't usually invite Gryffindors other then me, Bonnie and Stefan. We do tend to cause drama with Slytherins." Marcel says
"Where is the party." Ron ask, hesitant to go to a Slytherin party. "It's at the Forbidden woods." Harry says, reading the invite over Hermiones shoulder.
"That's one way to make sure Umbridge doesn't crash." George says, he was suspicious of Malfoy's motives.
"But isn't it dangerous." Someone ask
"Damon and Klaus put up wards to keep away dangerous animals, and once your in the wards, you are unable to leave unless you have a buddy to accompany you." Bonnie says
"He really thought his parties through." Fred says, a little impressed. "He rather not deal with a dead body." Marcel says with a shrug.
That really didn't help.
....
People were in a buzz, excited for this forbidden party. People were running around, getting ready. They wanted to look their best.
....
"You really invited the Gryffindors." Elena ask, sitting on a couch in the Slytherin common room, ignoring the looks sent her way by those in the room.
Damon shrugs. "It's definitely going to be interesting, but I plan on flustering George Weasley, he's the harder twin. This party will bring plenty of opportunities." Damon says
"That's mean." Caroline says, worried for the twins. If Damon was interested in you it feels good, initially but once he grows bored, he will make it clear.
It's one of the most brutal experiences a person can feel.
Caroline knows this by experience. But Caroline couldn't exactly ignore Damon, because she had the same friend group as him, so she learned to tolerate him and she even grew to care for him.
Damon was still an asshole but he does care for his friends, he was just awful in relationships.
"They knew what they were walking into when they first made the bet with me." Damon says "do they know your engaged." Elena ask
"No. But they know they can never be with me either way, I'm a Malfoy and they are a Weasley." Damon says
"Are you really buying all that blood traitor crap." Caroline ask "I don't have a problem with it, it's my parents, if they catch whiff of anything between us, I have no idea what they would do. I'm already on thin ice." Damon says
"Then why continue with this bet, why not break it off." Elena ask "I actually don't know, but I can't stop now. If I back out, it means I lose." Damon says with a small shrug, playing with his wand.
"Oh my god." Caroline breaths
"What." Damon ask, looking up Caroline. "You have feelings for them." Caroline says
