Barry signalled his kids to sit and when they sat he continued, "You see kids I had a little crush on Iris since I was a kid because she was the only one friends with me and only she believed the fact that my father was innocent. But when I woke up from the coma and saw your mom, I don't know what happened I felt a electricity in my heart. When I realized why she was sad, I couldn't help but to do my best to help her. And maybe she did recover because of me. One night we went to this bar to look for meta criminals, it wasn't a date per say but to me it felt like it was and I couldn't help but fall for her head over heels. When she got drunk I saw the side of Caitlin that I had never seen, the carefree and happy Caitlin. We sang that night together and I was so happy. When see wasn't feeling well I took her home and stayed with her till she fell asleep, kissed her forehead and told her how I felt about her once she was asleep and left. When I was ready to tell her how I felt, we found out Ronnie, he was Caitlin's presumed dead fiance at that time, was alive some piece of me broke. Then they got married and I felt so broken. Then singularity happened and Ronnie sacrificed himself to protect everyone. So I wasn't able to face Cait after that because if I was fast enough then I could have closed the singularity and Ronnie would still be with Cait. But somehow things got back to normal so I gathered courage again to speak to her but then I found out that she was dating Jay, who was Hunter Zolomon aka Zoom in disguise. So I thought that I was late again. When Jay died I saw how heartbroken she was so sad so I helped her get through it. When we discovered that Jay was Zoom I wanted to kill him for hurting Cait but if I did that then I wouldn't be the man whom Cait believed in so I let Zoom be taken away by the time wraiths. Then flashpoint happened. She got her powers and when frost was on the loose she kissed me and I was in heaven, quite literally but it didn't mattered to me. When we needed her help I somehow got through to her. Then she was dating Julian and I found out Iris was gonna be killed by Savitar, so I proposed to her because when I went into the vibe with Cisco I didn't saw any ring on her hand so I thought if I could change one little thing then maybe she'll survive. Till this time I was soo over her but still I had to do it because if anything were to happen to her then I wouldn't be able to face Joe as he was the one who took me in after my mom died. After sometime I went into the speedforce to stabilize it and when I returned I wasn't in my right mind as spending 6 months in speed force prison was like spending an eternity living your worst nightmares. But when I gained consciousness again and looked over the video of me crazy talking I noticed one thing, even at that state I smiled when I saw Caitlin. By now Cait and Frost were on good terms. When I and Frost were out on the streets I couldn't help but fall for her too but then I realized that she was basically the same person so it wasn't like I was sharing my love for Cait with anyone but her."
The kids were just smiling at their father. When Barry noticed this he asked, "What are smiling about?" Henry replied, "We know everything that happened" Barry was surprised to hear this so Nora continued, "At least form mom and mommy's point of view." Barry was confused, "Mom and Mommy??" to which Henry replied, "We call Caitlin Snow mom and Killer Frost mommy" Nora continued, "Since you know technically we are both of their children." Barry just smiled and said in realization, "That's why you were calling her by her name and everyone else uncle and aunts." after a moment he continued, "Wait, what do you mean by her point of view?" to which Henry said, "One day we were gonna surprise her with something. When we reached near her we don't know what happened but as soon as we touched her we read her complete mind, each and every memory." Nora continued, "And from what we saw she loved you too I mean this period mom and mommy still do but are trying to get over you and they are helping each other." Barry was surprised to hear this, "She liked I mean likes me too?" to which the kids nodded. Nora spoke up, "Yes dad since you knowing unknowingly helped her out very much. Like after Ronnie died during the Particle Accelerator Blast she was about to commit suicide by overdosing on meds but she got a call telling her about someone struck by lightning and she couldn't help but do her duties as a doctor and took care of you when you were in the coma." Henry spoke up, "She used to talk to you about any and everything while you were in that coma. You know part of the reason she dated Hunter and Julian was because Hunter was a speedster just like you and Julian was a CSI just like you." Hearing this Barry was happy over the moon.
But suddenly reality hit him and he asked, "Wait happened to Iris?" Nora spoke up, "No one knows actually but you were separated with her not divorced." Henry continued, "That reminds me can you please make a will and pass on everything to someone responsible." Barry was confused so he asked, "Why? What happened?" Nora said, "After you vanished Iris claimed everything since you were legally married to her and didn't had any will, sold everything and moved away." Henry continued, "Luckily Uncle Ray bought S.T.A.R. Labs then turned it into Flash Museum so we can keep the base but since mommy was pregnant she couldn't go out on field and Uncle Cisco was mourning you he couldn't put on his suit so the A.T.O.M. became Central City's hero." Nora continued, "But when mom decided to remove our dampeners and train us he did let us use the facility for training." Barry again asked in confusion, "Dampeners?" Henry replied, "When we were born she found out that we were both metas so she put meta dampeners in us. As we grew up she told us everything about Barry Allen but not the Flash." Nora continued, "But when we turned 8 she told us everything about the Flash too and made us promise to not tell anyone about this. She also told us about our powers and dampeners and also told us that she'll train us in both our powers when we turn 10 and so she did." Barry again asked in confusion, "Both powers?" to which both the kids raised their hands and mist started flowing through their hands. Barry was shocked seeing this but more so he was proud of his kids. He said, "I'm sorry I wasn't there for both of you but as I can see you both were brought up well by your mother." to which Nora replied, "No worries dad we know you had to this to save everyone, to save mom and mommy." Henry continued, "You know until she found out that she was pregnant she was so broken after you vanished during the crisis." Barry face saddened hearing this so lightened the mood Nora spoke up, "At least the whole world celebrate our birthday. You know January 1st." hearing this Barry just chuckled and hugged his children again.
