[ Name ] sniffled as she heard the doorbell ring. Quickly going to open up, she was met with four figures, with three if them being Kuroo, Yaku and Lev, though she didn't recognize the last one that was... a girl.
"Hey... Who's that?" The [ Hair color ]-haired girl asked, eyes scanning the blueeyed girl before her.
"Oh! This is Abe-san, she wanted to check on you as well. Sorry we didn't tell you she'd come." Lev grinned before pushing by the other three to hug the [ shorter / taller ] girl.
"Mm that's fine... Come in." She moved aside so that they could enter the apartment, though something was on her mind. Abe... Abe Akemi... The name sounded familiar to her.
Wait.
Wasn't that the girl Suna used to date?
She guessed that she was right, keeping in mind to ask her.
And so, the three Tokyo boys got to business trying to cheer up [ Last name ], and Kuroo had even texted Kita saying that [ Name ] wants to become the team manager, which he, of course, got the consent to do so by [ Name ] herself.
"Hey, why don't we have... A sleepover?" Yaku suggested, he didn't really like train rides, specifically during the night, so he knew his Hyogo friend would understand.
"Sure. You guys may stay over as long as you'd like." [ Name ] said with a small smile.
Yaku stared at her for a few moments which she had noticed, before he grabbed her hand and ushered her to the bathroom.
"Mori-?" She was cut off as he turned on the water of the sink.
"Wash your face, you look like shit. I'm gonna do your skin care routine." He simply said, folding his arms.
"O...kay...?" She mumbled, taking a handful of water, splashing it onto her face and rubbing it.
Let's just say that later on, Morisuke and Tetsurou left to get some snacks, while Lev had fallen asleep. So now, it was just the two girls there, sitting in the awkward aura as the TV played in the background.
[ Name ] took a moment to examine her.
She... Was gorgeous. No wonder Suna liked her.
Those pale cyan eyes just went so well with her long, thick eyelashes. Her shoulder lenght, ash brown hair was shiny, she could be a model.
She noticed her cyan eyes move to look at her, a small smile displaying on her face.
"You want to ask me something. Go on, you're free to ask me anything, as long as you're comfortable of course." Even her voice was beautiful. This, was a creature made in heaven, an angel.
"O-Oh, I... Uhm, I was wondering if you know someone named Suna Rintarou?" She felt her insides twist an turn. She was... Nervous about the answer.
"Rin? Oh, yeah! We used to date in our junior high since I used to live here." The answer made the [ hair color ] head freeze.
"W-Why did you break up?"
"...I wanted him to focus on his dreams of being a pro player despite his insecurities and troubles. I could see he wasn't really happy... We are still friends though. Why are you asking? Interested?" She finished with a smirk and a smug look, which made the other blush furiously and look away.
"N-No! I was just curious since I heard someone say you two dated, so I wanted to know more..." She defended.
"Ah, that's a shame. You two would be cute together. But oh well, who do you like now?"
"Uhm... Miya Atsumu..." She confessed, looking down in defeat.
"Ah the pretty setter that has the entire school swooning over him? That guy looks like a jerk."
"No! Atsumu is lovely. If you've heard bad things about him from Suna, it's... Anything but true. He is the one who helped me calm down when the soccer club broke. He's so caring and gentle, and patient as well. He's just... So perfect..." She trailed off, daydreaming as she rested her chin on her palms.
"... Are you sure you have a chance with him?" Abe suddenly asked, he tone almost inaudiable. [ Name ] looked at her with a slightly hurt look in her eyes.
"W-Wait! That's not what I meant. You are gorgeous and really do deserve someone who would treat you good. I may have just met you, but Kuroo, Yaku and Lev often talk about you..." She mumbled shyly, scratching the back of her neck as her cheeks tinted pink.
"It's just that... He is popular, so many girls want a chance with him. Right? And... You may not be his first choice. And being the second choice is..." She trailed off, looking down.
"Abe-san...?" The [ hair color ]-haired girl quietly called out, concerned as she tapped the other's shoulder.
"A-Ah, sorry I spaced out. But yeah. I wouldn't really go for him because I am sure the chances of getting heartbroken are high."
"... But I am in love with him. I've been in love with him for years now. And I am not willing to let go of him until he asks me to do so. He is... One of the best things that has ever happened to me, y'know? First love. I guess that's only one of the reasons why I am so attached to him." [ Last name ] sighed, her deep [ eye color ] eyes squinting a bit as she smiled.
"But even if I do get heart broken, at least he'd be happy. Isn't that you want for someone you love? Like you did for Suna?" Her eyes were glossy for the tears that were building up.
Akemi gazed at her, stunned, before her pale cyan eyes slowly softened. This girl amazed her, it was so impressive how skilful she was with words, to the point where her entire perspective had changed up.
"...Yeah. That's all that I want for Rintarou." She hummed, resting her head on the [ taller/shorter ] girl's shoulder.
