taeyong ended up having to go to work today, apparently taeil was in his home town busy doing something so he had to run the library today
he felt stressed, the only employee that was listening to him was lucas and he believed it was because he was new, taeyong didn't know if he could fire people but if he could.. a lot of them would be gone right now
lucas walks over to him "do you know where these books go?" he asks him with a nervous tone "i don't but we can ask taeil when he comes back" he says smiling at lucas as lucas he stopped "i've seen you before.." he says quietly as if he was speaking to himself rather than taeyong
"i'm sorry?" he says trying to figure what he meant by that, lucas sighed "i don't know.. but i've seen you somewhere maybe around someone i knew?" he says like he was talking to someone next to taeyong
"um i'm sorry you must have the wrong guy-" taeyong tries to tell him but lucas gasps "you were johnny's friend! right?" he says suddenly remembering who he was
taeyong groans "yes i was.. i don't get how any of this is relevant right now-" taeyong says feeling annoyed that johnny was brought up "yeah! he used to have this big crush on you, i once caught him jacking off to you- uh maybe i shouldn't have said that-" lucas says scratching the back of his neck
taeyong clears his throat "i think you should just get back to work" taeyong says walking away from him to go see if people needed help
he's had enough.. he had just complimented lucas for being the only person he could tolerate but he definitely takes that back especially after him telling him something so weird like that
after work..
taeyong went home with his legs burning, he didn't know how taeil did it..he constantly had to go up and down stairs, walk back and forth to help different people, it all was too exhausting and taeyong reconsidered wanting to be in taeil's place
at least taeil would be back tomorrow, so he wouldn't have to do his job and he can ask him how everything went
jaemin comes downstairs "can i ask you something?" he says sitting on the couch putting taeyong's legs on his own, taeyong opens his eyes "sure what's up?" he says frowning when he sees jaemin with a pained look on his face
"i think jeno has fallen out of love with me, what do i do?" he says with sad eyes, taeyong slowly sits up "what? why do you think that?" taeyong says confused "at school today, he was touching and whispering in this boys ear today, not to mention a boy who doesn't like me" jaemin says about to cry
taeyong hugs him "have you talked to him about it?" he says rubbing his back slowly "i'm scared to, what if we argue and he breaks up with me?" he says as his voice cracks "well you never know if you don't try.." taeyong says to him
"invite him over and tell him how you feel" taeyong says as jaemin gets up wiping his face "i think talking will help instead of just assuming" he says softly smiling at him
jaemin leaves and taeyong can't help but think why didn't he follow his own advice, all the times he's cried and cried because of a misunderstanding
taeyong gets a call from yuta "hey you" taeyong says smiling and yuta giggles "i've met a new friend!" he says smiling wide and taeyong smiles back "you won't forget me right?" taeyong says fake crying "of course not, he's just my roommate" he says blushing lightly "oh? seems to be more than that?" taeyong says noticing the blush
"it's nothing! we're just roommates, i have jungwoo remember?" yuta says still smiling at him "sure, what's this roommates name?" he says and yuta giggles again "sicheng but he wants to go by winwin, isn't that sexy?" yuta says resting his head on his hand with a dreamy look and taeyong laughs "yeah yeah lover boy it isn't that cool" taeyong says laughing
"well what about you? where your eye candy?" yuta asks smirking at him, taeyong groans "i haven't seen him, since the party.." taeyong says pouting and yuta whines "you lost your chance! i bet that would've been some good dick too huh?" he says laughing "ew! stop talking like that" taeyong says with a red face
"i'm just saying the truth" yuta says chuckling and taeyong smiles at him glad he was able to talk to him, they continue talking until taeyong ends the call ready to go to bed.
