It didn't work.
Standing in the middle of my room, I take a quick scan of my surroundings to see if I can spot anything that should be in my luggage.
Nope, did pretty good packing.
Walking outside I see Ashley, one of my friends, car parked in my driveway. She will be my driver to the airport, thank the heavens.
Due to the terrible stories I hear about Uber and taxis, I try to avoid them at all costs.
