"OK WHERE TO BEGIN" I practically yelled "alright I'm going to be saying what I know since I kinda stopped listening to the news after the like 100th disaster" they all look at each other wondering what I meant "first of all this famous basketball celebrity Kobe died along with his daughter in a helicopter crash"

Lauren's POV-

We didn't know what that word helicopter was but if a crash from one can kill someone I don't think it's safe "shoot to the future this new virus called the corona started to make way around Japan and after a month almost every single country had a case the corona virus is basically this deadly disease that goes from one person to another and you don't want to catch it it's why we wear masks"

I see Jefferson get a little worried about this which I am to but I then see him shoot a worried look to Madison and I couldn't help but smirk " because of the corona virus started in Japan they had to double up security making a lot of people hate Asians even tho there country didn't have a case yet" when I heard this I wanted to vomit it was horrible I absolutely hate discrimination this made clenche my fists

"We've been in quarantine for about 9 months now" everyone had the same face of worry how big of a threat was this thing?

" America has 13,395,370 cases and 270,697 deaths last time I checked" WHAT !!!!! "And another death happened George Floyd a black man who was killed by the nee of one officer as the other one stood and watched as he screamed i can't breathe a video of his death was posted and it started with peaceful protests turned into riots" I didn't have anything to say at this point...

"But it's getting a little bit better hopefully" historia said as she proceeded to knock on wood "Canada is getting closer to finding a vaccine and we got a a new president who wants to give George Floyd justice so it's turning around a little bit at a time"

At this point I didn't have anything to say i didn't even wonder what a Canada was I just got up from my seat
