That night I couldn't really sleep, I was just laying in Toms bed with my back facing him.

He was sleeping on the floor, it would've been awkward if we slept next to each other, right?

I keep thinking about how he saved me.

That's why I have trust issues, because of waste of society like andrew.

I feel bad for Tom tho, he trusted him since he was one of his few friends.

The Riddles must be disappointed too.

I tried to relax myself, to stop thinking about what happened.

Imagine how secure you will feel once you're back at Hogwarts.
How warm Abby and Dan's hug would feel.

Then I remembered Tom's hug,
His strong and warm arms made me feel safe.

I feel like I would crave his hugs from now on.

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping, even tho it was morning Tom's room is always dimly lit due to a big tree right in front of his window blocking direct sunlight .

I rolled over towards were tom was sleeping yesterday, but he wasn't there.

'You up'

I look up over the opened door to see the tall boy holding a tray with one hand.

I sat resting on the back of the big bed

'Mom told be to bring you breakfast' he said positioning the tray on the night stand .

'Thank you, but you didn't have to' I say looking at the delicious looking croissant

' I'm going to Diagon Alley I need to get some things , would you like to come?' he gently asked

Oh shit tomorrow is his birthday and I still don't have a gift.

'Uhm, yeah' I say taking a sip of coffee, trying not to show how agitated I am that I forgot to got him something

I'm in my room, looking for something to wear.. I didn't bring much clothes so I don't really have lots of choice

I opted for the hoodie that Tom gave me, black sweatpants leather comfortable shoes (so that I don't soak wet my socks) and a big warm jacket .

I prefer wearing comfy that elegant, also we're just going to Diagon Alley.

'You ready?' Asked Tom stopping right in front of my open door.

He was wearing a grey coat and inside the hoodie that I got him from Christmas.

'Yup' I replied popping the P because I felt like it

He chuckled at my unusual action
'Great, we're going by floo powder'

'Sounds nice' I said leaving my room and closing the door behind while waving goodbye to my owl

I missed Diagon Alley, I still remember the first time I got here.

When I got my first wand, I was anxious it took me three tries before Ollivander showed me the right one .

I chuckle at the idea

It's been six years, time really flies.
Six years at hogwards.. and in six years I never dated anyone? What the fuck

But what I'm complaining about, I'm literally just gonna marry after graduation. I'll rather not think of that now.

'I'm going to look at some books, what about you?' He asked looking down at me while we were walking past some shops.

I can barely make out his words since he has literally the scarf in his mouth

His cheeks were red because of the cold weather, it looked like he was blushing.

Does Marvolo even blush?

'I think I'm gonna check some perfume and make up shops, you know' I lied, I'm actually going to find something for him.

'Okay, you can just meet me at the bookshop once you're done. I have to look for a few things' I stated looking in front of him

His side profile was impeccabile.

'Alright see you'

And we parted ways.

I looked around at the shops

What can I get him?

My eyes landed on a costumized gift shop

Perfect

I entered the shop and a bell on the door announced my arrival.

'Hello dear, how can I help you' a very sweet old lady smiles at me from the desk

'Hello, I was looking for a gift for my.. ah.. friend' I smile back

'Yes, you can have a look at our items then we can costumize it by engraving letters or names in it'

'Oh that sounds great thank you' and with that I took a look around the small shop

Found it, it's perfect.

I got the item and brought it to the desk.

'Can you engrave in gold Tom Marvolo Riddle?'

Once I paid for it I ran to a make up store, got the first thing I saw and paid for it.

Then I carefully put Tom's gift in the same bag fo the make up, just to hide it.

I think I got a lipstick, I didn't even see the shade.. we'll see later.

I entered the bookshop and saw Tom paying for his books, alright just in time
