A/N THIS ONE WORKS SO WELL I TOTALLY RECOMEND THIS IS SO GOOD
This is an awake method ⏰

Step 1-
Do a meditation (preferably a guided one) for 10-15 minutes

Step 2-
Lay down on your bed or floor (any position). Then-in your head- repeat the words "I am" over and over again until you feel the symptoms of shifting (check my "Signs your shifting during the process" chapter

Step 3-
After symptoms, repeat affirmations such as "i am in my DR" or "I will smell my DR" over and over until u feel like u shifted (you just know when your in your DR dont worry)

Step 4-
Once you feel you have shifted, feel your surroundings without physically moving (list in your head what you should hear and smell), and than open your eyes.
