Deep in a lush green forest a Luxray, Flareon Vaporeon and Jolteon were walking through a path that was eroded and turned to grass. A flareon than walks over the grass.
Kris: Why are we in the forest again?
She asks tiredly.
Speed: Well, I thought I would take Jolteon for a walk since he really loves it. Just look at him. He's so happy.
Jolteons eyes glitter looking at the breath taking scenery.
Kris: But I'm to tired to walk!
She complains.
Trace: Well look whose the one walking. You're just sitting on top of Flareon.
Kris: Yeah, I guess you're right.
Kris was relaxing on Speed's back while Flare looked up at the trees. As Trace walked next to them giggling.
Trace: Hey, look over there!
Trace points straight up ahead.
Speed: Where?
Trace: There!
Trace points to a nearby tree that seems older than the rest of the trees it also has a hole cut into its trunk.
Kris: Yeah...that looks weird.
Speed: You mean that tree? It's just an old tree.
Kris: It looks like a house doesn't it?
Speed: Yeah...Whatever.
Kris: Doesn't matter I'll check it out!
Kris leaps off Speed's back causing Flare to tumble backwards.
Flare: Aaaah!
Speed: Hey!
Trace: me too!
Trace rushes off to join her. As Speed catches Flare.
Speed: Careful Kris!!! I almost dropped Jolteon! Good thing I caught him in time!
Kris: Sorry!
Her and Trace then dive into a bush.
Speed: Hey!
Flare: You guys, Wait up!
Trace and Kris then find a hole to look inside through.
Trace: Aw come on. Just for a little bit?
Kris: Yeah, maybe there's something good— inside...
Trace and Kris's eyes go big like they saw something scary. Then they hop into the tree. Speed and Flare soon peer into the hole.
Flare: Are you okay?
Speed: Are you guys okay? Are you hurt?
Trace: We're fine but you both need to come down...
The Flareon and Jolteon hop down the hole and see a small egg with the marking of an Eevee's tail.
Speed: An egg...? What is it doing here? It doesn't look like there's anyone living here now.
Kris: I don't know but it kinda reminds me of us years ago.
Speed: Wo wo wo! Our past is not today. Everything is different now.
Kris: Then what should we do? We can't just leave it here.
Speed: Of course we can't. I don't want it to feel the same way I did...
Light shimmers through some cracks in window as Trace, Flare, Speed and Kris stare in tranced at the egg.
Trace: Hey Flareon.
