Chapter 19(Urges)

  I'm lying down with smiles on my face as I remember what happened between me and Spence. We hugged so tight after I gave him a wait with respect to my parents religious nature and then he pecked me on my head while I was just blushing like a fool.
   He told me in a whisper that he loves me and I gave him the expected response. Yea...stupid subconscious, I love Spence, I'm done playing hard to get. For once,I'm gonna let someone in.
   Do you think he can wait? Of course he can!Don't get your hopes up dear!Oh shut up!.  My subconscious just playing with me right now and I'm hating it.
   I hear the sound of my parents car and I rush to go out. They're finally back,I feel so overjoyed.

"Mum!!" I say this smilingly but my expression changes at the sight of Derrick

"Mira Browne,I missed you so much baby,but why that face?" Mum asks

" Aint it obvious,she's smitten by me" Derrick says this with a smirk

"You wish!!" I shoot at him

"You two are at it again ughn"Dad says this with a not really good look. I didn't even notice when he came inside

"" Well...Mr.Browne,you should be used to this by now" Riana says this with a laugh and slaps her face

"I just thought they'll grow up" Dad says this and then we all start laughing

"Okay fine,I kinda missed your troubles" I say this hoping he won't try to win a lottery out of
it

"You..see!!I said it,come give me a hug kiddo" Derrick just will never change. I feel like giving him a death sentence at what he just said but I can feel mum and dad are super tired,not ready for our little drama.
  I go over and get into he's arm and just as I'm about to pull out,he squeezes my hair not wanting to pull he's hands out.

"Dad!!!did you just see that" I say this with a scream

"Oh..well we all did Kiddo" Riana says this with a smirk

"Derrick..!!! Grow up please" Mom says this and a smile forms on my face.
   We start offloading things they brought from their travel while Derrick has so many stories on the number of girls he used and of course I'm not interested so I leave Riana  to him.
  I go online and I'm smiling as a result of my chat with Spence right now. Damn...I never knew he's good at flirting until today. I almost laugh my hear out as a result of he's jokes and of course I'm sending screenshots to my babes. Childish right? but we all do it and now I'm super used to it.
    We chat all through the night and I decide to get a good rest as I got school tomorrow.

"So...what's going on"I ask Perry as I notice some junior students in the class

" Seriously Mira,don't tell me you forgot got talent show"
Perry says this with a pout

"Im not quite surprised,baby girl has been thinking of Spence all night"Aishs says this with a smirk

" Oh..come on,you all acting like you don't forget things" I say this blushingly

"Not in this case,everyone literally knows this period plus a week to exam always got an activity" Layah retorts at me
