*Y/N'S POV*

I had started driving down the street, I didn't know where I was going or what was going to happen next.
"Y/N?  Did you hear what I asked?"  I heard Five speak up from the passenger seat.
"Huh, what?"  I took a quick glance at him and he gave me a little smile.  I could tell he felt bad although he didn't have any reason to.
"I asked how you were feeling."  He gave my knee a squeeze and I sighed heavily.
"Well, my dads been lying to my Mom and I for years...  From now on, he's dead to me."  I gripped the steering wheel tighter and my knuckles started to turn white.
"Don't say that Y/N, I understand you're angry but there's no need to say stuff like that, I mean you could have been sold off to some random man when you were a baby but pfft, imagine that right."  He laughed and I rolled my eyes, letting a grin fall upon my lips.  "Hey listen, you go and get some space or whatever you need okay!  I'm gonna head home and set my room up so that we can have a movie night, I'll stop by your house and get you some clothes and stuff first of course but yeah, whenever you're ready to come over then do so, I'll have everything waiting."
"Are you sure, Five?"  I asked sincerely.
"What're friends for right."  He smiled over at me.
"I love you."  I held my pinky finger up to him and he linked his with mine.
"I love you too, forever and always?"
"Forever and always."  And suddenly I was alone in my car.

*FIVE'S POV*
I warped outside on the sidewalk just down the street from Y/N'S house, I watched from afar as her Father was picking up his items off the ground.  I chuckled and strolled over, making sure to step on his white shirts and basically wipe my feet on them, I looked down at the man on his knees and he let out a snarl and so I gave him a smile.
I walked to the front door and knocked a couple of times, hearing Mrs Y/L/N cursing from the other side.
"I told you I don't wanna hear your fucking excus-  Oh Five, I'm sorry darling, Y/N left and-."  She started to explain.
"No, I know.  I bumped into her when she was on her way out.  She told me everything."  I gave her the same smile I had given her daughter minutes before.  "I'm sorry."
"Oh don't be sorry, it's not your fault I married a cheating lying scumbag."  She raised her voice at the end of the sentence and shot daggers at the man behind me on the sidewalk.  "Why are you here if you bumped into Y/N before though?"  She asked, opening the door wider in an inviting manner to which I followed her inside.
"Is it okay if she stays at my place tonight?  I want to try and help take her mind off things, if possible.  I just came to get her some stuff."  I explained and her Mother nodded, signalling that she was listening as she rummaged through some drawers in the living room.
"I was gonna go to my sisters house for a couple of days anyway, but if she wants to stay then that's okay.  Just tell her I'll be gone for a few days, please.  I just don't want to be in this house right now."  She started to tear up and I tried to comfort her by rubbing her back.
"It's fine,  I'll make sure she's okay.  I'll look after her.  I always do and always will."  I smile and this time she returned it, wiping her tears away and standing up straight to look at me.
"Remember that weekend I took Y/N away for Easter and he said he couldn't come because he had a ton of work to catch up on...  He brought that...  Well her, that whore into my home and fucked her in our - my bed.  And then carried on like nothing had happened."  She was getting angry again and I didn't know what else to do other than hug her.
"It'll be okay Mrs Y/L/N.  I promise."  I pull away and she smoothes out her trousers with her hands.
"Thank you Five, you're one of the good ones."  She patted my shoulder and I felt a bit patronised but I didn't really care at that moment.  "Y/N really loves you, y'know...  Just be sure to look after her please."  She started to tear up again and I just nodded.

I walked up the stairs, grabbing a bag pack off the back of Y/N'S door, looking around her room and admiring her decoration.  I walked over to her bedside table to see a polaroid that Allison had taken of us.  Y/N was in my arms bridal style giggling and I was planting a kiss on her cheek.  I think I finally understood why people always said what a cute couple we'd make.  We were adorable together.  I snapped myself out of my daydream and started to collect Y/N some clothes and things I know she'd want, although she already had spare everything packed away neatly on top of my closet, "just in case" she'd always say.

I finished packing her bag and made my way down the stairs, hearing talking coming from the kitchen.  I walked towards it and realised her Mom was on the phone, I gave her a wave and she mouthed a "thank you". I nodded and walked back out onto the street.
"Piece of shit."  I heard Y/N'S Dad curse after the box he was struggling with started to slip out of his grip.
"You can talk."  I snickered and he dropped the box turning to face me.
"What the fuck did you just say to me, you little shit?"  He was right in my face and I just rolled my eyes.
"If anyone is the piece of shit around here, it's you.  Even long after you've moved away and fucking your next bit on the side you'll still remain the piece of shit who lied and abandoned his own family for someone else."  I spat, not breaking eye contact.
"You deserve a damn good beating, boy.  Did your Father never teach you discipline."  He raised his hand to me which I caught straight away and held in a certain position which made him start to cower a little.
"No,  but he did teach my siblings and I several forms of self defence from all over the world.  So,"  I kneeled down next to him and leaned in real close to his ear.  "You ever come back and threaten me or holy fuck, scratch that...  You come back and raise a hand at your own daughter again, I will personally kill you and happily hop skip and jump to the cops and brag about what I did to you, got it?"  I smirked at the weak excuse of a man in front of me.  He let out a muffled curse word and I squeezed his wrist harder.  "I asked you a question, now answer me god damnit!"  My voice boomed and the man started to stutter his reply.
"Yes, yes.  I understand.  I'm sorry."  I let go of him and he fell backwards, shuffling to the other side of the street on his ass, not drifting his gaze from me once.
"Good, now get the hell outta here...  Ya dick!"  I walked towards the box in the middle of the street and kicked it towards him.
