A Month Later

Nyla would be coming over again to spend the weekend with me. It's always been like this ever since that argument that started at her house with her mom. We agreed that I would get Nyla from Friday to Sunday while she got her from Monday to Thursday.

I heard knocks from the door and I already knew it was them.

I opened the door and there was my baby as happy as ever. She was really the human form of happiness brightening up my mood.

"Hi mama!" She said jumping into my arms. I picked my baby up walking in the house with her mom behind me.

"Look, I got you a surprise." I told her as we turned to the living room with a four wheeler for little kids in the center.

"Surprishe me??" She asked excitedly trying to get down already.

I put her down on the ground watching her run to the four wheeler trying to get on already. Beyoncé stood by the side with her hands on her hips.

"Y/n you seriously got her that big thing? She's only two."

"Nearly three, she'll be just fine. It's for little kids anyways. I got her Bey."

"You better or else." She said walking over to Nyla.

Jeez, feisty.

"I gotta go now alright baby? I'll miss you so much." Beyoncé said hugging Nyla who hugged her back quickly only to focus back on her surprise.

"Bye baby," Beyoncé said kissing Nyla who kissed her back as quick as she could messing around with the details of the wheeler. Kids got distracted so easily.

"No goodbye kiss for me?" I asked Beyoncé who walked pass me to head out.

"Y/n, shut up."

I chuckled a bit watching her walk out the door, "Drive safe!"

I made sure that she got out the driveway safely before walking back to my baby.

"Mama look! It's pink!" Nyla said giggling and squishing her arms against her body to show off her excitement.

"Do you like it?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"Yesh!" She said grabbing ahold of the handle pretending like she was actually driving it.

I read over the manual and everything making sure everything was taken care of and done properly. Nyla was just ready to ride it already.

"Okay let's take it to the backyard and you can ride it around all right?" I told her as she squealed in excitement.

Nyla was smiling so big I was surprised her face muscles weren't hurting already.

"Mama look! I riding! Look! Look at me! Mama look!" She yelled out.

"Okay okay okay I see you baby girl, calm down." I laughed pulling out my phone and taking some pictures and videos of her.

"Woo I so tired," Nyla said drinking the water bottle I gave her breathing heavily in and out. We also ended up playing around and running a lot and in return her cheeks were slightly red from the sun.

We went upstairs so that I could give her a bath and like always Nyla was being indecisive deciding on wether she would wear her barbie pajamas or her rainbow colored butterfly ones. In my opinion babygirl looked fly in either but of course she just had to pick whichever one she thought looked best on her and it ended up being the butterfly one.
