Akaki POV
Today is finally the day that the department found out KG's next stop and everything is going on smoothly. After the detective organized the groups for the rescue team, I stayed thinking of what I should do to make KG pay. I did say that I was going to help to put him in jail but I don't think I'll be able to hold back if I see him. I then heard the detective say that they need someone to be in the truck, "I'll go." I immediately said and they looked at me crazy. "No you will not, this is dangerous not some game!" Detective Hiro yelled catching the attention of the other officer's.
"I also don't think of this as a game. KG is only interested is small children and teens not men who are above 30. I will be a good product for him as I am the only young person in this department beside Chloe and Daniel, but they look like cops from a mile away and KG will notice that. What other options do you have, Detective Hiro?" I glared at he sighed.
"Akaki, I won't let you do this." Takaki protested.
"Then who will! I am the only person who can fight at least 2 men if I am in trouble. There are kids in there about to be sold piece by piece or to some perverted men. The longer we wait the more in danger everyone in those trucks are in." I said in anger.
"Why are you so obsessed with this case?" He asked as flinched. "I just want to help those kids." I said trying not to show my true intentions. "Akaki will be our eyes and ears." The detective said and Takaki didn't agree. "We will give you a small clip-on microphone and a small camera. We have to be able to see and hear everything." He said and I nodded. "Can someone teach me how to use a gun just incase something happened." I said and everyone froze. "No." Detective Hiro said. "I will need to use it since there is no telling what will happen. If the only weapon in hand I have close is a gun and I am in danger, how will I defend myself if I can't aim properly." I explained. Takaki was ordered to teach me just the basic and we went into the back in the shooting practice area.
When he showed me the gun my hands started trembling slightly, I need to grab it so I can protect myself. I closed my eye and memories of my mom appeared which made me open my eyes quickly. "Are you sure?" He asked and I nodded as I grabbed the small gun which was heavy.

Detective Hiro was watching from afar, "Straight back, arch arms slightly and hold the gun with two hands

Detective Hiro was watching from afar, "Straight back, arch arms slightly and hold the gun with two hands. Don't put the gun close to your eye." He said and corrected everything until he told me to look straight. The first few bullets I didn't make it and then the memory of the officer of that night flashed in my head and I tightened the grip making me shot straight in the head and then the heart.
"Wow, you really did it!" He said and I frowned as I gave him the gun.
After everyone was wearing their proof bullet jacket, Daniel nor Chloe have been in the station for a week now. I was grateful since Daniel would have immediately stopped me since he knew about my past. Detective Hiro gave me the small microphone which I clipped on the side of my jacket where the hood was and the wearable camera was placed on the side of non prescription glasses.
