"Damn it" I hissed against Callie's thigh before I pulled away. I locked my gaze on hers before I flashed her a smile. Her long brown hair of her sticking up her sweaty neck and shoulders of her "Maya and her opportune timing" she lowly chuckled as she ran her fingers through her hair.

Maya and her unique knock interfered just before we could do anything "She is ruining our sex lives" I joked, sliding my oversized shirt down. Truth was, I would stop anything for her.

I blow Cal a kiss before walking out "I'm coming" I screamed out as Maya continues knocking uncontrollably. This bitch has no patience.

The instant I opened the door Maya literally jumped me. Her arms tighten around me "Are you alright?" I whispered, holding her closer.

Her hot tears were burning into my skin as she softly sobbed against my embrace. I started running my hand up and down her back trying to calm her, but my efforts were in vain as her crying increased.

"I'm so stupid" She hiccups the words out. Maya pulls away and starts wiping her tears away. I tried to contain my tears as well. I can't see her like this. This person in front of me has been through more pain than I can imagine.

Her mother broke her heart before anyone else could.

"Sometimes, yes" I joked trying to get a smile out of him, or any other reaction other than crying.

I bring my hands to her face and wiped the tears that escape her beautiful gray eyes.

"In the last twenty-four hours, you've been the second person to wipe my tears," She says with a weak smile as more tears silently make their way out.

"It's this related to the fact that you shared your location with me? Oh God, did someone hurt you?" My breath got hitched as I try to wrap my mind over the reason she was crying.

Maya quickly shook her head "So, why are you crying?" I started to get anxious.

"I went on a date" She related, a faint smile appearing on her lips. I nodded and paid close attention to her.

I knew she wouldn't be crying because of that, or maybe she would. I really don't know what to expect from her when she cries, for that reason I get so scared whenever she does.

This bitch has scared me several times.

"He fucked me good" She explains, a weak smile spreading on her lips.

Maya unquestionably has a way with words.

"Congrats?" What was I supposed to say? If she's crying because the sex was bad, I'm going to beat her up.

"It wasn't bad, like at all. My legs hurt"

"How did y-"

"As I was saying," she cuts me off "It was fucking perfect"

Confusion washed over me "The problem is?"

I blinked away the fact that I wanted to murder her. I was about to give Callie that good ol' Australian kiss, but she interrupted us.

"The problem is that he's my boss," She said with a sarcastic smile.

I wasn't expecting that. Maya has never been very conscious before doing things, but the truth is I'm not so surprised "Is he old?"

"I don't know his exact age but I know he's not older than thirty"

I subtly rolled my eyes "I still don't see the fucking problem?"

"I don't like your hostility" She sighed, moving a strand of hair behind her ear.

I narrowed my eyes and furrowed my brows expecting her to get it "Oh" she gasped finally realizing.

"Sorry Calls" She yells out causing me to chuckle.

I heard behind me the door ajar "You can always join, sunshine"

"Don't tempt me" Maya smirked back at her.

"Maya, get to the point" I was running out of patience with her. I'm always ready for gossip but now I wasn't in the mood for it.

"Don't treat me like that. You were the one that wanted to be near me in the first place"

I definitely did, but I sometimes forget I moved across the country for her.

"Maya, you have five seconds be ..."

She cuts me off, again "I guess I like him"

She was crying over this?
