MAGIC

Hisoka pulls out about a dozen cards and lines them up in rows in front of him with his own Bungee Gum. The silence in the crowd maintained itself with a few snickers here and there. He spread his hands away from him creating a 180 degree angle from above. He tossed his head back as the cards began to spin around him like he's a theme park attraction. Audible claps are heard but her ears were blocking out any background noise. All that processed through her ears were the sounds of his feet tapping on the ground, his cards flailing past his face, and the rustle of his costume.

Emiko's ears felt the vibration of his aura flaring on the ring. The spotlights dimmed and all she could notice was how vibrant his aura was. That exquisite pink color that flashed anyone in the face, but she's never noticed the glow it had. The lights aren't for the audience to see, if anything I am their audience. The crowds most likely don't know of the nen's existence, less of his sparking aura. Is this really all for me? The name of the act even convinces me more.

With all the cards individually attached to his fingers, he created spirals of cards above him. It formed into hoops the faster he spun the cards. All of a sudden, he breaches all the cards and begins to run all across the rim of the ring. He dashed tons of cards at targets laid out in the crowds. It had anyone at the edge of their seats but one just couldn't stop watching. It was outstanding how good his aim was, magically positioned at the center of all the target faces. He flipped back and landed on his feet gracefully back at the center.

Suddenly, he runs towards the booth Emiko is spectating from and leaps into the room. The spotlight didn't catch up with the fast-moving Hisoka. She was left both speechless and confused. He pulled out a mask and placed it on her face.

"They can't see you, you won't see them.~♣" He grins down at her before pulling her hands to his lips, kissing her on the backs of her hands. Emiko was beyond confused before he leaned on the heels of his feet against the edge of the booth and dove backwards to the ground. She quickly reacted and launched her ribbons towards his feet, knotting them around and allowing him to swing on now her personalized Bungee Gum.

"Ah, I get it. I'm part of the show too." She chuckles. Cards and long satin ribbons make it impossible to the innocent eye to become such powerful weapons. In a way, they both shine so brightly the moment they decided to use such puny objects as deadly ammunition. She swung his body upward, letting him fall into the booth. She dove for the ground and sprung the ribbons high above her head. She bent the tips creating a flat platform to be traveled on. Hisoka walked onto the platforms. The whole crowd gasped.

She looked up watching her boy toy stand on such a difficult platform to balance on, just like she taught Gon and Killua. Emiko spreads her pointer fingers as she slowly struts through the main walkway. He easily forms near splits. Nothing posed as a challenge for him. It's incredible. Her mind raced to find ways to wow the crowd. A light bulb hit her head as she began to speed walk like it was a run way. She syncs her ribbons with both her feet like the ribbons are walking too. But Hisoka of course kept up with her sudden movements. She finalized their in-air moment by letting him fall and catching the man by his waist, launching him back to the center of the ring. Then again, he uses this as a chance to look just as normal and magical than ever.

Emiko is pulled aggressively towards him. She smiled underneath the mask knowing she was attached with Bungee Gum. He always has a trick up his sleeve, as he does. By this time, the audience couldn't control their loud roars. As she flew through the ring, everything felt like it was in slow motion. A feeling of adrenaline so merciful that she couldn't understand. But Emiko loves this feeling. He always has his magical ways of captivating me.
