ADVENTURES
♥
Gon busts through the front door juggling coins between his hands. His eyes light up at seeing you walking towards the door. Killua followed him right out and made the same face, though all he wanted to do was hide it. How strange that kids this young have gotten this content at seeing you again. You rub at both of their heads, messing up their hair. Some more upset than others. The older boys, Leorio and Kurapika, run towards you. It's been a few weeks maybe?
"Why are you even here?" Killua asks. You point at his older brother and father walking away. He gives you a disgusted look. Uh oh.
"It's not what you think. It's business talk." You explain yourself. If anything it's his 'fiancé' you're toying around with...
Kurapika chuckles, "I figured there was something going on between you three. But I'm still conflicted as to what your true motives are, [Y/N]..."
He so easily spots how you've fallen victim to their kindness. Kurapika is an intelligent boy that will one day grow up to be unstoppable. He's caught your attention but you can still sense the amount of pain he's experienced. The murder of the Kurta Clan is obviously what he's avenging for and he's also made it clear before. You strain on the idea of him knowing how unfaithful someone like you can be. It wasn't directed towards his clan but it's not too far from the massacre you single handedly caused. It would be a shame to have such a strong potential be against you.
"It allows me to experience the thrill from the association and plus I received 164 million jenny from the job." You brag.
"164 million jenny?!" They question in unison. That's right, they probably have never seen this much amount of money. Though Leorio will most likely see those numbers soon. They all individually have a bright future ahead of them. You start to recollect the memories about Heaven's Arena. There was a floor master that you competed against several times that was always win and lose, win and lose. You could never get enough of that man and it felt heavenly to crush the talented floor master. Although it was a pain to start over from the first floor, but he was also doing the same. I think it's time I take another visit, but with some company. You pin this thought in the back of your head.
The gate keeper handed you your bags. The butlers left the luggage with him while you weren't looking, knowing you'd be leaving soon. The group heads for a near by train station.

On the train, there were conversations loaded with expectations for the future. You sat at the corner by Leorio, listening to them ramble on their new hunter's licenses. Gon mentions how he's refusing to use his license's perks until he hands Hisoka's tag back. His stubbornness doesn't allow him to move on and will most likely strive to fulfill his duties on defeating the great magician. Speaking of the devil, where could he be right now?
Kurapika also adds on the topic of a follow up conversation before the orientation between him and Hisoka. What he whispered into his ear during the final phase was about the 'Spiders' who killed his clan. He had some sort of association with them, meaning he will be in Yorknew City for the scarce underworld auction. Items similar to Sato's heart can be found at this auction. It's destined that the Phantom Troupe will be at such places. But, why?
On September 1, this auction will take place and Hisoka will be there too. His relations with the Spiders make it seem like he's a part of the troupe but there wasn't a tattoo anywhere on his body. Of course, only I would know such things. You begin to ponder as to why he'd be there at the same time. Unless he's willing to pick a fight with one of the members, or all of them? Yes. That's it.
