The tension between the two friends turned lovers had not gone unnoticed by the staff.

They entered each room separately, meeting one another in a cold glare. It only worsened when Aurora came into the kitchen wearing a new uniform.

A navy blue gown that stopped just below her ankles- looser fitting than her previous uniform which she insisted was retired. As she sauntered into the kitchen that morning, her blonde hair pulled back and curled, yet not in a neat bun as it often was. She hummed as she walked into the room, hair pulled over her ear revealing a flawless diamond earring. Her uniform was a light navy blue, and it could have resembled a gorgeous ball gown with only slight alterations.

Regardless, the uniform was rather eye catching. And not to mention the suggestive front. Sebastian's eyes wandered down to her chest briefly, eyeing the exposed creamy flesh. It was a barely decent dress, and he had no doubt that the young master would reprimand her for such attire.

She was speaking far too much with Bardroy, and despite how the other chef seemed to treat her as a younger sister, it didn't stop his eyes from wandering once before he asked. "There a reason you changed your uniform to... that?"

Aurora smiled, "Whatever do you mean Bard? It's fine isn't it?"

Bard nodded, "Right..."

Sebastian scoffed, turning back to the breakfast preparations. It was petty of her to result to such methods.  She was very obviously not wearing anything underneath this new uniform, and only to vex him further, she was proudly wearing her father's signet ring in the place of the Phantomhive pin she had been given just days ago.

"So this promotion is official?" Aurora inquired as Ciel opened up a small box, "Yes." He glanced up, "Is there a problem with that? You've agreed to the position, you have an oath to me, and that means you are to guard me until my last breath."

He smirked, "I can't say I imagined you would ever agree to stay."

The angel rolled her eyes. Barrier limitations had removed all memories of the Silver City, and frankly, the boy didn't quite recall the exact events of her agreeing to the position. "Yes..." She said slowly, "I hadn't imagined I would stay either." Ciel hummed, "Regardless," he offered the small box to her, "It's my honor to welcome you fully into House Phantomhive, Aurora."

Sebastian scowled at her uniform. She didn't deserve that pin right now. He grit his teeth as she came towards him,

"Did you have anything for me to do today, Sebastian?"

She said it so sweetly. It made him sick. The conniving little smile on her face only added to his frustration.

"Sebastian?" She asked again, head tilt like a curious kitten...

No.

He growled in annoyance at his own thought.

She is not worthy of being compared to a cat...

"Sebastian!" Aurora snapped, "Are you listening to me?" He almost smiled.

Vexing you, am I, Angelica? How entertaining.

"Of course," he replied. "You have your usual schedule. Complete that and we shall see what else needs to be done."

Aurora hummed, "But I have completed it, Monsieur~."

Her accent flowed like the waters of the Venusian canals....
