The oc is a time lord but no one knows
Similar to the doctor who story "shatter me" I think it's called
Instead of a violin it's a piano
He expels magic energy when he plays
It was his 'gift' from the time lords before they cast him down to earth.
They wanted to make sure the time lords survived
So they sent down a time lord and a time lady but the time lady completely burnt up in the time vortex
Maybe his magic can be adapted after some time
He could be trapped in the museum with the darlek where they pick up the one guy before going to that space station (doctor 10/ season 1 with rose) (edit: season 1 episode 6)
I don't personally like Rose so I imagine her to be the salty/ jealous type where she basically hates the oc
When the doctor begins to regenerate, Rose is going to blame the oc
