I never thought people would actually read my shifting guide when I first started it in September. I am so beyond happy that people have found it helpful (hopefully).
I really hope I have helped at least one person shift. That was my goal when writing this. And I never thought it would come this far.
With that being said, I don't have a lot of more ideas for this guide. So if you have any ideas or something you want to learn more about, put them in the comments.
