Hey, so this is a basic shifting routine for you guys to use. Obviously, this is not going to work for everyone since everyone is different but I thought it might be helpful for some of you. But, if you do already have a shifting routine that is working just fine for you don't change it, this is only for people who don't know what to do. Also, thank you to all the reads, I appreciate it! Keep asking questions, and if you feel free to share your shifting stories I would love to hear it! 

Shifting Routine:

1. Get ready for bed (shower, skincare, all that stuff)

2. Clean your room (I recommend this because it will put you in a good mood and possibly put a little less stress on you. You can also listen to ambiance music while doing this)

3. Do your nightly things like journalling (for example I have a gratitude/manifestation journal)

4. Meditate (preferably for about 10 minutes. It does not matter what meditation video/music you use, as long as it works for you)

5. Read/write your script (you can do this while listening to ambiance if you want, it helps)

6. Do any method that works for you!
