This wasn't requested, but I figured since it's important in order to shift easier and quicker I would put it in! 

You should do these things leading up to the night you're planning on shifting. Good luck! 

Some ways to raise your vibrations:

- Say out loud something you are grateful for

- Read inspiring quotes 

- Tell someone you appreciate them

- Do something creative like color or write 

- Meditate

- Smile

- Watch something funny/laugh

- Hug someone 

- Drink water 

- Spend time in nature 

- Listen to music that makes you happy 

- Dance

- Drink vibrationally charged water 

- Get moving, taking a walk or stretching

- Daydream

- Take a nap 

-Do ANYTHING that makes you happy
