View turned downward as I rush.
Through the halls that leave me crushed.
Rocking slowly past my way.
People see me run away.
They do not ask why this is.
They leave me to sink away like all those other days.
Turn their eyes so no one can see.
Walk through me ever so slowly and let me be.
Ignore my silence as I smile.
My presence unnoticed as I am defiled.
Look away if you so dare.
See me once and your eyes will be racked with my stare.
They do not wish to acknowledge me.
They leave me to fixate on my own screams.
