I felt so many complicated emotions as my body fell through the thick darkness of the void. The further I descended into the black that was enclosing me, the harder it became to breathe as sharp gusts of wind flew past. My head kept going back to question myself. My plan would have worked if Thor hadn't shown up. I could have proved that I was more than just a shadow. Odin could have woken to see his enemies defeated. By letting go, I had hoped that would be it. I would not have to deal with any of it anymore. I wanted to be destroyed along with the Bifrost. In the back of my head though, I knew there was a large chance I would not just die. A void did not kill, it was a pathway. I knew one thing, and it was that I did not want to be in Asgard. These thoughts were diminished as I landed against a rough surface. Pain shot through my body from landing with intense force. I let out a groan of pain, and slowly picked myself up. I studied my surroundings. The ground was a dark, rough, rock, with small glowing dark blue streaks covering random portions. Wherever I was I had not been here before, and I knew it was not a part of the nine realms. I knew it was unwise to be out in the open in an unrecognized area, so I ran over to a large nearby rock to hide behind it. I sat down and attempted to formulate a plan. I can't go back to Asgard. I don't know where I am, or what lies in this world. I could search for a secret passage to travel to another world, but there is no telling how long that would take. The only thing to do was to search the world and continue to think of what I was going to do. I did not want this though. I wanted it to end! Anger rose up inside of me as I resented whatever mistake I had made to lead me here. I smashed my fist into the rock and it split in half. I then got up with a huff and walked away.
After touring the so far barren world for around an hour or so, I noticed some shuffling shadows coming from behind rocks. I continued to walk a bit further, with suspicious attention drawn to them. They appeared to be stalking me. I stopped in place and conjured a dagger for each hand.
"You may reveal yourselves. I know you lurk within the shadows," I stated, and waited for them to come out of hiding. One creature came out from behind a rock followed by 2 others. They were disgusting creatures. A hooded being with a pale body and the abnormality of 6 fingers came forward. The others looked distantly similar to him but more animalistic.
"Where am I?" I questioned in a demanding voice.
"He will have a good use for this one," The hooded being turned to the two beside him. This one seemed to be the leader among them. He did not specify who 'He' was, but the two nodded in agreement. The two came towards me, and I threw my daggers' which I had kept hidden behind my back at each of their heads. They fell to the ground dead, and the remaining one stood there unfazed.
"Who would you be then?" The figure asked. His voice sounded terrible like he was choking on his words. I did not kill him yet, because I wanted answers as to where I was.
"I am Loki of Asgard. Who are you and what world is this?" I impatiently replied. The being chuckled and muttered something under his breath. I was about to threaten him before something was bashed against my head twice. I had no time to react. The first time only stunned and made me lose focus. Black spots flew around my vision. The second hit rendered me unconscious. Usually, it would not be this easy to knock out an Aesir God but I have had a long day.
What felt like a second later I had regained my vision and was staring up at a levitating throne of rocks. Atop the throne sat a large purple being who wore gold armor with small amounts of black. The creatures I had earlier met were not here, but I now knew that the inhabitants of this world were not the most welcoming. I conjured my daggers once again and stepped toward the being. "Who are you?" I accused. I held out my dagger and pointed it towards him. He chuckled in a deep voice before answering.
