~Tengen POV.~

I was walking around the entertainment district to search for any demons around. But I could see much, so I just went onto the roofs to see more of the  district.

Since I still didn't see anything I walked into other places still didn't see anything suspicious.
'I guess I can go home' I thought. So I went onto my way back until I heard a noise

'What's that?' I spoke inside my head. I went to the source of the noises and found someone fighting, but not a human.
It was a demon

I quickly clipped down the roofs and grabbed my nishirin blades. Then I quickly ended the demon because it was distracted by the person fighting it.
As the demon turned into dust the person began to talk.

"I could've done this on my own.... But thank you stranger„ said the person that fought the demon.
"You're welcome! But why did you fight this demon without being a demon slayer or having a nishirin blade?„ I asked

"I tell you, if you promise to not attack me afterwards„ She/he/they said. "Why would I do that is the question? But I promise I won't do it.„ I answered in a friendly but questioning voice. She/he/they took a deep breath. "I'm (Y/N), I'm a half demon. I was originally one of the twelve kizuki, but I didn't want to hurt people anymore and I was done with Muzan. So I went away from them.
Muzan never knew I was only a half demon, but I also didn't want him to find out.

So I wanted to help you people with fighting demons, I even thought about becoming a demon slayer. So before you attack me, I can eat normal food, but I can't go out into the light. That was all„
(Y/N) spoke with a strict voice.

I was about to pull out my nishirin blade, but thought about everything again and wanted to make her/him/them an offer.
"If you really want to help, I could make you an offer in becoming a demon slayer. I'm Uzui Tengen, the Sound Pillar and I wanted to ask if you want to become my Tsuguko.„ I offered with a smile

"Fine, I'll take it. I will be your Tsuguko„
