Double, double, toil and trouble,

Something wicked this way comes!

Betelgeuse was sitting at the Gryffindor table the day after receiving their exams' results, reading a letter from home. She groaned, emitting a not so ladylike sound of frustration.

"Why are you so grumpy this fine morning, Bel?" Fred asked.

"Yes, excellent morning indeed," George piped in. "The exams are over, school's almost finished, another week, and we can go back home to enjoy summer."

"Did you two forget that we lost the Quidditch Cup again this year?!" Betelgeuse said exasperated. "And now I receive a letter from home from a proud Slytherin, that 'had envisioned the victory of the noblest among the Houses'. Merlin, give me strength. She finished throwing her hands in the air.

"A proud Slytherin?" Fred asked perplexed, watching the girl shake her head.

"Bel, you have become the female version of Wood! A Quidditch fanatic!" George cried.

"Oh shut up, George. Will you?" Betelgeuse mumbled.

"Speaking of Oliver, do you reckon he will let us eat and sleep next year when he will be captain?" George asked, picking a piece of bacon.

"He won't let us breathe, I tell you," Fred interjected.

"Do not be so dramatic, he will do amazingly. I cannot think about a more suitable substitute for Charlie," Betelgeuse commented. "I will miss Quidditch this summer."

"Oh, but you will not miss it. You're coming to our house. Right?" George asked with a twinkle in his eyes. Betelgeuse nodded, taking a bite from the pumpkin pie on her plate.

"We'll play non stop, then!" Fred finished.

Lee shortly joined the three. "Oi, what's going on here?"

"We were talking about how we will miss your commentary during summer," Betelgeuse said with a laugh.

"Ah yes, how will I flirt with Angelina now?" Lee responded. Angelina was sitting not far from them and threw a fierce glare at the boy.

"I believe it is quite charming," Betelgeuse countered, sending a wink to Lee.

"Then let him flirt with you in front of the whole school!" Angelina replied.

Lee smirked. "Eh, I don't believe Freddie boy would like that very much — OW!" Lee reached under the table for his injured foot. "Godric's balls, why did you do that!?"

Betelgeuse tilted her head, confused by the boys' behaviour.

At that moment a first-year approached their table's section. "S-sorry," the little girl squicked, Betelgeuse regarded the newcomer with a passive gaze, in silence, waiting for the girl to continue. "I was wondering, well, because you all play Quidditch —"

"— Not me, "Lee piped in interrupting the nervous first-year.

"— Well, I-I was wondering if it's hard to get on the team," the girl finished, eyeing the older students.
