Cole looked confused. "What..."
"They'll replace you Cole.." Zane said bluntly.
"No they won't!"
"What do you think they did with your Mom..."
Cole froze, emotions flooding him. Anger, Doubt, fear, shock, and sadness. "What the hell...!?! Why would you bring her up!!!"
"Brutal honesty. They replaced her without a second thought. In a week actually with Jays mother."
Cole gritted teeth. "This isn't like you... You'd never say this to me! What the hell is wrong with you!"
Zane tears up. "Cole... I'm just trying to help.." he started crying.
Cole stammered feeling guilt. "S-Sorry..." he held him close. "I'm just... stressed.."
Zane hid a smirk against coles chest as he hugged back with fake tears and sniffles.
"I'll listen... I just... don't know what to believe now..."
"Believe me.. love me.. stay with me..." Zane said, voice soft.
