Wavebreaker:

Wavebreaker had always imagined life without his power... how much would really be different?

Would I lose Lavender? I couldn't live in a world without her. He thought of her. Her beautiful eyes and how they shined in the moonlight

I didn't choose this life... god I wish I could change it though. I love Lavender so very much but all I want is to be hidden, disappear amongst the earth. He thought, tapping his chin.

He flew on without any more thoughts his mind just like a blank, empty book.

All Wavebreaker wanted was to be hidden so no one would ever find him or bother him ever again.... he is pretty sure he has wanted to be hidden his whole life, he wished he could take away his water abilities. If he did he could stay in The Hidden forever with Lavender.

My perfect life... Lavender by my side, no water abilities, no need to ever appear anywhere, infinite books to read!! I can't change anything though, I can't do anything to change my life... I wish I could take away my stupid anxiety so I could actually do something relentless and something terrifying... I need to live!

Wavebreaker sighed, He only knew one place where very few could bother him so he swooped down towards the ocean and dived in without any further thought.

He instantly felt the cool water between his scales the salty ness of the ocean filled his lungs.

Wavebreaker loves the water, you just feel so alive in the water but he loved the water mostly because barely anyone could bother him and NO one could talk to him.

Ahhh, thought Wavebreaker, satisfied. He swished his tail and was propelled forward.

Wavebreaker's absolute favourite thing about the ocean was how beautiful it was, he spotted a coral reef in the distance and zoomed toward it.

Bubbles crowded his face and he almost bashed into a gigantic bolder, he then dodged it quickly and whooshed again toward the reef.

The vibrant colours were almost to much for his eyes to handle, purple, red, green, orange, pink, and so many more florescent colours.

A tiny blue octopus swam in between the coral, noticed Wavebreaker's presence and swam away as fast as it could. They do know I'm faster then them right? Pfft- silly creatures.

He glanced up at the surface and it came to his attention that it was dusk, and would soon be dark.

Wavebreaker gasped, crap I promised Lavender I would be back by nightfall!

He swam extremely fast to the surface, which actually is very VERY fast. Wavebreaker thought pridefully.

Wavebreaker popped out of the water with a huge splash and started beating his wings in the direction of his home.

He could see the massive trees on the horizon, c'mon Wavebreaker, fly faster!

So he did, he flew and flew and flew. He almost crash landed into the canopy but thankfully he missed.

Lavender looked at him and stared at his wet, dropping wings, she said, "I see that you were... swimming?" She smiled at him, "y- yes I was! It was beautiful Lavender! There was this most spectacular coral reef with tiny fish and other aquatic animals..." She just looked at him and shook her head in laughter.
