Rynna's POV

It's been two years since that incident and since then we have been the best of friends—their words not mine. Kaya ito ako, stuck with a group of idiots but nevertheless, I love these idiots.

"Rynna!!!" Napangiti ako nang salubungin ako nila Sam. It's the day of the year where we can finally learn to be independent and stand on our own feet. In short, our graduation day.

"Ano nang balak niyo after ng high school? Going to college or straight to work na?"

I glared at them which made them shut up.

"Those who are going to college raise your hand" agad silang nagsipag taasan ng kamay. "Lahat naman pala—oh! Bakit hindi ka nagtaas?" Turo sakin ni Miya.

Binigyan ko sila ng tipid na ngiti. "I already have the knowledge that's going to make me a living. My parents, wants me to focus on our business" sagot ko. I can see sadness in their eyes. I can't blame them, I'm just 18 for goodness sake. Still, I appreciate their concern for me it's just that, I don't need it.

I was about to speak when we were called in the gymnasium to start the program.

Wala na silang nagawa at sumunod saakin sa paglakad. While we were walking, we caught students staring at us with so much respect and admiration. Everyone was so amaze that time, because I was just 16 years old but they say that my brain is too mature for my age. A 30 year old brain in a 16 year old body, that's what I usually heard before until now.

Sabay sabay kaming pumasok sa gymnasium which made people look at us. When the music played we all march down as the speaker called our names.

"Now, let's welcome our honorary students. Top 10, Analiza Rosales. Top 9, Joberlyn Valdemore. Top 8, Anne Hemawari. Our top 7, Kira Kienna Akari. Top 6, Lesley Cordova. Top 5, Keziah Hana Monzanto. My dad gently squeezed my hand which made me look at him. He gave me a proud smile which I returned in a heart beat. I look at my mom and I can see tears forming in her eyes.

"Of course, let's welcome our big three students" saad ng babaeng speaker na siyang ikinatawa nila maging nila Desmond na nakatayo sa gilid ng stage. I glared at them but unfortunately, they can't see me because I'm at the very back.

"Let's give around of applause to Larry Flores our top 3 student" Larry walked down the aisle together with his parents, with a big smile plastered on his face.

"Next, we have a tie! We have Samantha Sienna Akari at Blue Ian Velasquez, as our salutatorians!" Both Blue and Sam walked down the aisle, slightly embarrass because the speaker hit a bull's eye.
