PRIDE IS NOT OUR BESTFRIEND
VOTD (Verse of the Day)
Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall.
Proverbs 16:18

Pride will never be our friend. Period. Wala itong mabuting maidudulot sa atin.
Many of us is prideful. Prideful because of the achievements that we have. For the riches that we have. For the fame. Nagiging prideful tayong tao because of these temporary things. Yes. Temporary. It means, hindi nagiistay. Awwww. Sana all nagstay. AHAHAHAHHA!
Be humble in any way. Why? Being humble is one of the best feelings that you will ever feel. Dahil walang magagalit sa'yo dahil nagyayabang ka at masyadong mataas ang tingin mo sa sarili mo. Pangalawa, wala kang masasaktang tao sa mga ginagawa mo. Pangatlo, ito ang nais ng Panginoon. God wants us to be humble like his Son, Jesus. Jesus came here on Earth to serve, not to be served. Kahit Anak pa Siya ng Diyos, bumababa Siya sa langit at tayo'y niligtas sa ating mga kasalanan at hindi Niya pinagyabang na "Ako ang Anak ng Diyos! Lumuhod kayo sa aking harapan! As in now na!" And I am sure na walang sinabi na gano'n si Jesus.
He became humble in any way. And us too, we must become humble. Learn to be humble. Learn to be the last, even you want to be the first. Pride will just only lead you to danger and suffering. Be humble in any way. Humility is our best friend, not pride.
