"What is your purpose in coming to Androxia?" I was asked.

I smirked under my hood and responded, "To visit an old friend."

"Welcome to Androxia, just remember you're always being watched," the guard says as I walk in.

"Thank you," I say looking up and looking at the city I once loved. I look at a large building and the overhang of the building.

"Did you really think you were fair?" A man in a deep voice says.

"Fuck, you!" Another says, before seeing a shadow of a head flying like a bird. I could hear the screaming of many. To my left was a girl with her legs cut off and blood splattered all over the place.

"How does it feel to see your entire city fall into my hands?" The masked man says. Without an answer, all I saw was a glimpse of the outside world, then my vision turned black.

"Excuse me sir?" a woman asks. "Are you okay?"

I snap back, "Yes, I'm alright, sorry, just amazed by the scenery," I chuckle, then start walking to a place I know where some people are.

The city looked almost the same as I remembered. Tall buildings filled with offices, homes, and shops. There were three levels of this city, the top was where the big buildings are. It's where the wealthy live. Building tall and large penetrates the skyline. Military combatants, lawyers, the government, and all of the police and health force. Also, many shops of rich food come along from other species. The second floor is where the middle class are, usually the commonwealth and where the food industry is rich where many farms and science labs exist. The lower was the not so poor area. Just because they're on the bottom floor, doesn't mean that they're treated less. Everyone is treated equally here in Androxia...Well, was. It looks like the workers are overworked with no breaks. More like the middle class. I took a right, straight, then left into an area where a house near a large mall is stationed. As I walked near the door I knocked.

Someone opens the door and asks, "yes?"

"Aren't I glad to see you back, huh Garrulous?" I say.

Garrulous was an old friend of mine from high school. We were like blood brothers. He is a tall guy with robotic arms. I remember he wanted to be in the special forces before we graduated junior high. Apparently, it came through and it came with a cost. He sports brown shaggy hair, muscular stature, and an award-winning smile.

"I'm sorry, do I recognize you?" he asks.

I took off my hood and removed my respirator, showing my long, black and white shaggy hair, my sharp teeth that could cut through anything, and especially my one horn I share with my mother, representing me as an oni. My eyes glow purple from the light and Garrulous starts to have a face of realization.

"Lexus?" he says.

"In the flesh."

"I thought you were dead."

"I thought that too, but I survived the fall."

"Come in, I don't think I should be having you here," he says helping me in.

I come into a clean home. Something I'd expect from him. We then took a seat within the dining room.

"Need a cold one?" he asks.

"Water is fine, thanks," I say, given a water bottle.

"Garrulous? Who was at the door?" a feminine voice

"An old friend of ours just arrived."

"What do you mean?" she comes out and sees me.

"Lexus?"

"Glad to see you again Androida," I say standing up. She runs into me with a tight hug.

"I thought you died! What happened?"

Androida was also one of my dear friends. I met her before Garrulous, but we were somewhat distant. As time moved on, we began to talk more and we three soon became inseparable. Androida was a werewolf so she had many interesting abilities and some that made her special. She has white fur and is still shorter than the two guys. I remember some of the jokes we say all the time. To my surprise, she did grow when I was gone.

We both took a seat and I took a deep breath in. "My memory was hazy before the news of Mastermind's take-over." I take a sip of water. "All I remember was the years I spent out of the city was with a girl that taught me everything that helped me survive."

"Oh?" Androida made a smug-looking face.

"Shut up, all I did was hunting, cooking, and blacksmithing."

"Like making weapons?" Garrulous asks.

"Yeah."

"Up until now, I depended on her. She's fine now, but I have a new task to take. It's to take back what was mine. To get revenge. It's time for a kingdom's king to come back."
