Chapter sixty six: The Wordless

Jonathan rounded the corner and looked over to the elevator as the door's opened, Monte stepped out and smiled walking over to him and hugged him, Jon pulled away from him and looked over seeing LJ pass by seeing he looked depressed and saw Aviana as well, he looked to the elevator as Taylor stepped off for a moment setting thing's down before Evin stepped off walking towards him only to turn and head down the hall, holding his arm's close to himself, Jonathan looked to Monte confused then saw Carson walk in carrying the wrapped up body and everything rushed at him at once ''Oh no.'' he went to go down the hall after Evin but Monte stopped him ''He just need's time.'' Jonathan looked at him before looking to Carson who laid the wrapped up body on the floor by the desk, he got up and didn't say a word, just walked past Jon and went to the window's in the small seating area, Jon looked at Monte again before walking down the hall after his brother, Monte walked over to Carson while Taylor got back in the elevator before going back down to the bottom floor, Monte stood next to Carson ''I never wanted kids.'' Monte looked at him.

''I mean, I did, I think everyone want's kids but.... It's protecting them that scared me.'' Monte looked back outside ''I knew that every time I sent them to school, every time they go play at a playground with friends that it might mean that's the last time I see them.'' he explained, rambeling at this point ''Mostly becasue I didn't want to feel the pain that came with knowing they were kidnapped or killed.'' Carson pasued, his breathing becoming paused at times, Monte looked at him then turned looking over to Timothy's body. Jonathan stopped outside the room that Evin went to and brought his hand up lighly knocking ''Evin?'' he asked softly before leaning on the part beside the door ''Can I come in?'' he asked and reached for the handle, when he didn't get an answer he turned the handle moving inside, he looked over seeing Evin sitting in the corner, his arm's wrapped around his knee's. Jonathan stepped inside and shut the door behind him, he walked over and sat down a couple feet away from Evin ''Hey.'' Evin didn't speak at all.

''It's hard.'' he simply said ''Losing a child.'' Jon stated staring at the floor, Evin slgihtly lifted his head looking to Jon ''How'd you do it?'' Jon looked to him hearing his voice ''Do what?'' he asked confused, Evin moved his leg's down sitting cross legged ''How'd you get over Anna's death?'' Jon felt that question pull on his heart, he looked down again and slightly smiled ''I haven't.'' he stated and looked at him ''Sometimes you don't get over things.'' Evin moved a bit and leaned on the wall ''I learned to live with it, because I knew that's what Anna would want me to do.'' he explained and looked to Evin who moved his eye's to look at Jonathan ''I see her when I look at Vivian, even more now that's she's pregnant.'' Evin stared at him ''It hurt's to look at her but, I'm thinking of it as my second chance.'' Jon explained and looked to Evin ''I know why there's no word for a parent who looses their child.'' Evin got out whipping his teary eye's ''Why?'' Jon asked trying to get him to talk more ''There is no word for this pain.'' he shuttered out before moving his leg's back up, closing himself in. Jonathan looked over to him, he then moved over and sat next to Evin before moving his arm around him pealing him away from the wall and held him, hugging him.
