Paul pov

'What is wrong with her' I growled to the others

'maybe if you weren't such a Dick we'd tell you'  Jared growls

'She is my imprint I deserve to know' I argued

'Start acting like a imprinter then' Sam snaps

'She could get hurt because of my and I am not gonna allow that' I growl back snapping 'I am to fucked up for her'

The boys look at me with wide eyes 'still she is your imprint'

'I will talk to her soon... At some point' I nod

The boys nod Sam speaking up 'it's the morning let's go check on the girls'

We nod and run for Sam's house. He has thankfully allowed me to live with him and Emily until I can finish building my own place. We bound inside to music playing and the girls giggling.

Embers pov

"Think they'll like this" I giggle as we finished the biscuits

"They'll devour it all within seconds" Emily giggles

I nod dancing around to the music with Emily. We were almost done with breakfast when my favorite song came on. Emily and I look at eachother and squeal loudly.

Written in these walls are the stories that I can't explain
I leave my heart open but it stays right here empty for days

Emily and I end in giggles once the song ends. I however I growl crouching in front of Emily when I heard clapping.

"Woah down girl it's just us" Jared laughs "also nice vocals"

I blush standing up straight "sorry you guys"

Sam chuckles walking over to Emily "well I'm glad Em is protected when your around"

I grin "of course"

Emily giggles "I'm always protected, also breakfast"

"I'll join you guys in a moment" I grin as my phone went off "got a call"

Phone convo

"Hello?" I answered

"Ember, Edward is on his way back to the house they lost the tracker" Alice rushed "something isn't right we need you to meet the other at home so you can flight to Phoenix"

"Alright I'll head home now" I informed "see you soon"

Phone call end

I rush inside "hey guys my family needs me, I will stop by once I am able to"

"Okay well be safe and if ya need us you know where we are" Sam grins

I give them all a quick hug before leaving. The whole time Paul just watched me silently. Running out of the house I ran home as quick as I could however I had a bad feeling in my gut which worried me. When I reached the house it was empty. I went up to my room changing into a pair of leggings and a hoodie for the flight when I heard steps.

"Er Ember, it's Paul" I hear him call

"Hey uh what you doing here?" I mumble throwing my hair into a high pony tail

"I wanted to apologize for my behavior, I have been a big jerk lately" Paul stated nervously

I give a small smile "I've never been mad at you Paul"

"Yeah I know, the boys have pointed that out" Sam sighs "I'm still sorry for how I've acted"

"Well if it helps you're forgiven" I said with a soft smile

"Aw how sweet James would throw up at his new toy being sweet with a dog" Victoria sneered

I froze at her voice before crouching down with a snarl "Victoria pretty brave of you to come here alone"

She laughs glaring at me "I'll take you out easily"

Paul growls "you won't touch her"

"Paul go get the pack" I state watching Victoria closely

"But Ember-" Paul starts but I cut him off

"Now Paul!" I screamed

He growls and runs off quickly with a howl. Victoria rolls her eyes "bout time he left. Now lets get you to James to help get Bella"

I snarl "you will keep your hands off Bella"

"We will see about that" She cackles lunging at me

I jump out the way quickly making her huff. I smirk a little jumping out of the window cause I didn't want her to mess up my bedroom. Landing perfectly on the ground I waited for her to follow before lunging at her. She quickly got out of the way. I growl in frustration as she jumps on my back with her arm around my neck. I growl loudly in annoyance because I am still mostly human. I start clawing at her arms but she only tightened her arms around my neck. 'Call my family' I ordered the pack as I started seeing black dots. As I blacked out I heard loud long howls.
