In this idea, Kiyo fails a hard physical test when he was at the age of 6 and losses consciousness

His father disappointed, he sent him to a hospital and left him there 

When Kiyo wakes up, a young doctor/nurse checks on him right away

Kiyo: Hm? where am I? *tries to get up*

???: W- wait you shouldn't move yet 

Kiyo: Ouch *he stopped trying to move*

Kiyo: Where am I?

???: Hm? you're at the hospital in ...... (Random), your body was in bad condition and the person that got you here said you overworked yourself but

Kiyo: Hm? but?

???: It's been already 2 months since then but no one came to check on you 

Kiyo: I see

???: Eh? aren't you sad?

Kiyo: Why should I? anyway more important what will happened to me?

???: Well we will try to find your paren-

Kiyo: No need for that

*He says in a dark voice scaring the girl besides him*

???: I- I see I will talk with the other staff and decide but until then let me bring you something to eat

Kiyo: Thank you eh?

???: Ahh I forgot to introduce myself I'm Mori Ayako, what about you?

Kiyo: You can call me Kiyotaka 

*He didn't want to give his family name since the staff might search for his family*

Ayako: Nice to meet you Kiyotaka-kun  also do you have anything in mind that you want to eat?

Kiyo: Anything is fine 

Ayano: I guess I'll have to surprise you huh?

*Timeskip 5 years*

POV-chan is looking at Kiyo who is currently making breakfast (something simple) after that he went upstairs to wake someone up since it was already 7:30 AM 

When Kiyo got closer to her face he said: Ayako-san you should wake up already or you might be late 

Ayako: Hm? *yawn* morning Kiyo give me a few minutes 

Kiyo: Sure *he then waits in the kitchen while playing on his phone*

Ayako: Don't worry before I'll go I'll make you something to ea- wait you already did?

Kiyo: Yes but it's something simpl-

*Kiyo stops talking when he notices Ayako's scary face*

Ayako: You're 11 so next time wake me up if you want something to eat *sigh* seriously what would I do if you get injured 

Well this is the first story where Kiyo failed in the WR and gets adopted by a woman called Mori Ayako
