This happens during vol 11.5 where the school announced that a new store full of costumes and cosmetics would open and for the first 2 days everything would be 50% off 

Also the 3rd years didn't leave yet 

Kiyo POV

I looked at my phone and saw that everyone was excited about the new store that will open tomorrow 

Many made plans to check it out

I was also invited by the Ayanokouji Group and Hirata

Not only them but also Ichinose, Sakayanagi and even Ryuuen

but

What was really weird is that Horikita also invited me

I wanted to message her *What's the catch?* but I decided against it since I might regret it 

I also told a few people that 'I might check it out but alone' since I don't want to be a bother 

I got a few replies back saying *Alright*

I also told the Ayano Group to go without me while sending a private message to Haruka to explain 'why'

Kiyo POV

It was 8:15 AM so I decided to check out the new store 

When I got there I was surprised by what I saw 

It was Ryuuen in a pirate costume, he also had a fake hook and parrot 

When he saw me he said: Kuku look who it is 

Kiyo: Hello, I'm surprised to see you here so early 

Ryuuen: Those morons couldn't wait anymore but how come you're here?

Kiyo: Well I said I might check it alo-

I didn't get to finished when I sensed someone behind me

I turned around and saw Albert in a chef costume 

Albert: 'Good Morning'

Kiyo: 'Good Morning'

I was surprised a bit so I replied in english too 

Next to him was Ishizaki in a pig costume?

Ishizaki: Yo Ayanokouji why didn't you come with us? Shiina-san was quite sad

Kiyo: Hm? Hiyori is here too? wait sad?

Ryuuen: Kuku she wanted you to try some stuff anyway she's over there around the corner so at least go say 'hi' 

Ryuuen pushed me when he said that

Was he angry that I made her sad? Well that's surprising and I need to make it up to her later

I went around the corner and found Hiyori looking in a mirror  doing a pose while wearing cat ears and a tail that was moving? wait what?

I wanted to say 'hi' but stopped in my tracks when I heard Hiyori say 'Meow' 

I didn't know what to say about the cute scene that was happening in front of me

Right after that, Hiyori said: Ahh I c- can't do th- this Nishino-san 

I then noticed Ibuki and another girl called Nishino, it seems like they came together to check out the store 

Nishino: Ahh come on Shiina-san, you look adorable when you said that
